Claims (7)
- 표면지의 이면에 접착제를 도포한 후 이면지와 접합시켜 합지를 형성하는 합지 형성단계와;상기 합지 형성단계를 거친 합지의 표면에 점무늬를 형성하는 점무늬 형성단계와;상기 점무늬 형성단계를 거친 합지의 표면에 글리터(Glitter)를 분사하여 정착시키는 글리터 분사단계와;상기 글리터 분사단계를 거친 합지를 건조시키는 건조단계;를 포함하는 벽지 제조방법.
- 표면지의 이면에 접착제를 도포한 후 이면지와 접합시켜 합지를 형성하는 합지 형성단계와;상기 합지 형성단계를 거친 합지의 표면에 바탕무늬를 인쇄하는 바탕무늬 인쇄단계와;상기 무늬 인쇄단계를 거친 합지의 표면에 점무늬를 형성하는 점무늬 형성단계와;상기 점무늬 형성단계를 거친 합지의 표면에 글리터(Glitter)를 분사하여 정착시키는 글리터 분사단계와;상기 글리터 분사단계를 거친 합지를 건조시키는 건조단계;를 포함하는 벽지 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 점무늬 형성단계 이전에,상기 합지를 엠보싱 처리하는 엠보싱 가공단계;를 더 포함하는 벽지 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 글리터는 점착성 수지와 혼합된 벽지 제조방법.
- 표면지의 이면에 도포된 접착층에 의해 이면지와 접합된 합지와;상기 합지의 표면에 형성된 점무늬 인쇄층과;상기 합지의 표면과 점무늬 인쇄층에 분사되어 정착된 글리터층;을 포함하는 벽지.
- 표면지의 이면에 도포된 접착층에 의해 이면지와 접합된 합지와;상기 합지의 표면에 인쇄된 바탕무늬 인쇄층과;상기 합지의 표면과 바탕무늬 인쇄층에 형성된 점무늬 인쇄층과;상기 합지의 표면과 점무늬 인쇄층에 분사되어 정착된 글리터층;을 포함하는 벽지.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 합지는,엠보싱 처리된 벽지.
