Claims (6)
- 입구 및 출구가 동일한 방향을 향하도록 병렬형으로 배치된 복수의 라인을 포함하고, 각각의 라인은, 상단(上段)에 배치된 복수의 유체 제어 기기와, 하단(下段)에 배치된 복수의 커플링 부재에 의해서 형성되며, 소정의 라인의 유로끼리가 라인 상호 접속 수단에 의해 접속되어 있는 유체 제어 장치로서,라인 상호 접속 수단은,접속 대상인 각 라인의 상단의 라인 방향으로 동일한 위치에 각각 배치되고, 하나 이상의 상향 개구를 갖는 라인 상호 접속용 통로가 형성된 하측 통로 블록과,접속 대상인 각 라인에 걸쳐 하측 통로 블록의 상측에 배치되고, 라인 직교 방향으로 연장되는 횡방향 통로와, 이 횡방향 통로로부터 연장되고 하측 통로 블록의 라인 상호 접속용 통로의 상향 개구와 연통하는 하향 통로를 갖는 하나 또는 복수의 상측 통로 블록을 포함하며,하측 통로 블록은, 그 라인 방향의 폭이 라인을 구성하는 유체 제어 기기 및 커플링 부재의 폭과 동일하게 되고, 유체 제어 기기와 동일한 높이의 상단에 배치되며, 상측으로부터의 나사에 의해서 하단의 커플링 부재에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 있으며,상측 통로 블록은, 상측으로부터의 나사에 의해서 하측 통로 블록에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상측 통로 블록은, 그 라인 직교 방향의 길이가 라인의 폭과 동일하게 되고, 2개의 라인에 걸쳐 접속 대상인 라인의 수보다 1개 적은 수만큼 부착되어 있는 유체 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상측 통로 블록은, 그 라인 직교 방향의 길이가 복수의 라인 전부에 걸치도록 형성되고, 라인 전부에 걸쳐서 1개만 부착되어 있는 유체 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하측 통로 블록과 상측 통로 블록의 사이에, 상측 통로 블록의 높이 조정용으로 중간 블록이 개재되어 있는 유체 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하측 통로 블록의 라인 방향으로 인접하는 위치에, 상측 통로 블록의 라인 방향의 위치 조정용의 중간 블록이 배치되어 있는 유체 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하측 통로 블록의 라인 방향으로 인접하는 위치에, 역지 밸브가 배치되어 있는 유체 제어 장치.
