- 공기유입구(11)와 배기구(12)를 구비한 본체(10);상기 공기유입구(11)를 통해 유입된 오염된 공기 중의 미세 고형물질을 제거하는 전처리 필터부(20) 및 중간 필터부(30);오염된 공기 중의 악취성분을 자외선 램프와 광촉매의 광산화 및 촉매산화반응에 의해 제거하는 다수 개의 공기정화부재(50)를 내장한 카트리지 필터부(40);상기 카트리지 필터부(40)를 통해 분해된 가시의 재결합을 방지하는 흡착필터부(60);로 이루어지는 탈취장치에 있어서,상기 카트리지 필터부(40)는 필터를 구성하기 위한 고정프레임(43);상기 고정프레임(43)의 상당에 위치하여 연결되는 고정프레임 덮개(41);상기 고정프레임 덮개(41)와 고정프레임(43)을 결합하여 고정하고, 분해될 수 있도록 형성된 결착부재(42);상기 고정프레임(43)에 체결되어 악취로 오염된 공기를 광촉매 반응에 의해 악취성분을 제거할 수 있도록 하는 공기정화부재(50);상기 고정프레임상에 형성되어 UV램프(55)가 용이하게 공기정화부재(50) 내부로 인입되게 하는 UV램프공(44);으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자외선과 광촉매를 이용한 탈취장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 공기정화부재(50)는 외망으로 이루어진 몸체(51);상기 몸체(51)의 상·하단에 형성되며, 고정프레임(43)의 양측에 끼워져 결합되는 지지턱(53a)을 형성하고, 상기 고정프레임(43)에 형성된 UV램프공(44)과 대응하는 위치에 UV램프 유입공(53b)을 형성한 덮개(53);상기 고정프레임(43)에 형성된 UV램프공(44)과 덮개(53)에 형성된 UV램프 유입공(53b)을 통해 상기 몸체(51)의 내로 인입되어 전원의 공급을 받아 자외선을 조사하는 UV램프(55);상기 몸체(51) 내부에 인입되는 UV램프(55)를 보호하기 위해 중심으로부터 일정 거리 이격된 상태로 형성되는 내망으로 이루어진 UV램프 보호망(52);상기 몸체(51)의 외망과 UV램프 보호망(52) 사이에 다수 개 유입되어 UV램프(55)의 조사되는 자외선에 의해 광촉매 반응을 일으키는 광촉매 다공체(54);로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자외선과 광촉매를 이용한 탈취장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 광촉매 다공체(54)는 황토성분을 이용하여 구(球)형상으로 형성하며, 외부에 이산화티타늄 코팅층(54a)을 형성하여 상기 UV램프(55)에서 조사되는 자외선에 의해 광촉매 반응을 일으켜 오염된 공기의 악취성분을 제거하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자외선과 광촉매를 이용한 탈취장치.
