Claims (7)
- 상코어(110)와 하코어(120)를 포함하여 구성되는 유압용 사출기에 있어,상기 상코어(110)에 부착되어 있는 코어 백 취부판(150);상기 상코어(110)를 미세 개방하도록 하기 위해 상기 코어 백 취부판(150)을 상하로 이동시키도록 하는 복수개의 코어 백 실린더(160); 및상기 코어 백 취부판(150)의 상하 움직임을 제어하도록 하는 락부재(180)를 구비하는 락 실린더(170);를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 락 실린더(170)의 락부재(180)는 상기 코어 백 취부판(150)의 측면과 맞물리도록 형성되고,상기 락 실린더(170)의 락부재(180)는 제1단(180a), 단차부(180b) 및 제2단(180c)으로 구성되는 단차부를 갖도록 구성되고, 상기 코어 백 취부판(150)의 측면은 상기 락부재(180)의 단차부에 대응하도록 상단(150a), 연결단(150b) 및 하단(150c)으로 구성되는 단차부를 갖도록 구성되며,상기 코어 백 취부판(150)은 락 부재(180)의 단차부(180b) 만큼 상승하여, 상 코어(110)를 개방하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포사출용 유압용 사출기.
