Claims (6)
- 하이 레벨 또는 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압을 출력하는 하프 감마기준전압생성부와;상기 출력된 감마기준전압을 입력받아 출력하는 버퍼와;상기 버퍼로부터 입력된 감마기준전압을 이용하여 하이 레벨 또는 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압을 생성하고, 상기 하이 레벨 및 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압을 출력하는 하프 감마보상출력부를 구비한 소스 드라이버를 포함하는 액정표시장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하프 감마보상출력부는, 외부에서 입력되는 별도의 전압인 감마출력신호를 이용해 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하이레벨의 감마기준전압은 공통전압보다 높은 전압이고, 상기 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압은 공통전압보다 낮은 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치
- 복수개의 데이터라인과 게이트라인이 교차되어 다수의 화소영역을 형성하고, 상기 각 화소영역에 박막 트랜지스터와 액정이 형성된 액정패널과;상기 게이트라인으로 스캔신호를 출력하는 게이트 드라이버와;상기 데이터라인으로 비디오 데이터를 출력하기 위해, 하이 레벨 또는 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압을 출력하는 하프 감마기준전압생성부와, 상기 출력된 감마기준전압을 입력받아 출력하는 버퍼와, 상기 버퍼로부터 입력된 감마기준전압을 이용하여 하이 레벨 또는 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압을 생성하고 상기 하이 레벨 및 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압을 출력하는 하프 감마보상출력부를 구비한 소스 드라이버와;상기 각 드라이버의 구동을 제어하기 위한 타이밍 신호를 출력하는 타이밍 컨트롤러를 포함하는 액정표시장치
- 청구항 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 하프 감마보상출력부는, 외부에서 입력되는 별도의 전압인 감마출력신호를 이용해 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치
- 청구항 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 하이레벨의 감마기준전압은 공통전압보다 높은 전압이고, 상기 로우 레벨의 감마기준전압은 공통전압보다 낮은 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치
