Claims (5)
- 각종 금속의 절단작업에 사용되는 플라즈마 절단기에 있어서,상기 절단기의 기초프레임이 되는 베드프레임(1)의 길이 방향을 따라 금속튜브(19)의 이송롤러(2)가 설치되고, 상기 베드프레임(1)의 선단측에는 금속튜브(19)의 고정과 금속튜브(19)의 절단길이를 제한하는 스토퍼(17)가 설치되며,상기 스토퍼(17)와 일정한 거리를 두고 이격된 위치에는 금속튜브(19)가 중앙부를 따라 삽입되는 링 형상의 가이드레일(5)과 가이드바디(3)가 베드프레임(1)의 바디브라켓(4)에 설치되고, 상기 가이드레일(5)에는 서보모터(8)와 플라즈마 절단토치(6)가 결합된 토치가동기(7)가 설치되며,상기 토치가동기(7)에는 서보모터(8)와 플라즈마 절단토치(6)의 작동을 위한 토치케이블(9)이 연결되는 한편, 서보모터(8)의 동력을 전달받아 토치가동기(7)를 가이드레일(5)을 따라 회전 이동시키는 구동기어(38)와 토치가동기(7)의 회전 이동을 안내하는 가동롤러(37)가 각각 설치되며,상기 가이드레일(5)에는 토치가동기(7)의 구동기어(38)와 맞물리는 기어레일(40)과 토치가동기(7)의 가동롤러(37)와 맞물리는 롤러레일(39)이 형성되며,상기 베드프레임(1)의 전방 일측에는 절단 가공된 금속튜브(19)의 배출을 위한 언로딩실린더(30)가 설치되고, 상기 언로딩실린더(30)의 피스톤로드(30a)에는 회전축(32)의 링크암(31)이 연결 설치되며,상기 회전축(32)에는 언로딩실린더(30)의 작동에 따라 금속튜브(19)의 배출방향으로 각운동하는 다수 개의 푸시로드(33)가 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속튜브 절단용 플라즈마 절단기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베드프레임(1)의 일측에는 케이블롤러(12)가 구비된 한 쌍의 케이블프레임(11)이 수직 방향으로 설치되고, 상기 토치케이블(9)은 각각 의 케이블프레임(11)을 따라 지그재그식으로 연장되어 토치가동기(7)와 연결 설치되며,상기 한 쌍의 케이블프레임(11) 사이에서 하방으로 늘어 뜨려지는 토치케이블(9)은 휠프레임(14)에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 텐션휠(13)의 하부측을 따라 감겨지도록 설치되고, 상기 휠프레임(14)은 토치가동기(7)의 회전 이동에 따라 케이블프레임(11)의 사이에서 승하강 가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속튜브 절단용 플라즈마 절단기.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 베드프레임(1)의 전방 하부에는 스토퍼이송 스크류잭(20)으로부터 수평 방향으로 연장되는 회전식 스크류축(23)상에 이송너트캡(24)이 설치되고, 상기 이송너트캡(24)은 스토퍼(17)와 고정된 상태로 가이드레일(26)에 놓여지는 스토퍼이송대(25)와 연결 설치되며,상기 가이드레일(5)의 가이드바디(3) 하부측에는 센터조정 스크류잭(27)으로 부터 상방향으로 연장되는 승하강스크류(27a)가 가이드바디(3)와 연결 설치되고, 상기 가이드바디(3)는 가이드레일(5)과 함께 바디브라켓(4)을 따라 승하강 가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속튜브 절단용 플라즈마 절단기.
