Claims (3)
- 한 쌍의 실린더(1,1) 사이에 구동축(2)에 의해 회전되도록 설치된 사판(3)과, 이 사판의 주연부에 설치되는 복수 개의 피스톤(4)과, 상기 사판의 회전으로 왕복운동하게 되는 상기 피스톤이 냉매를 흡입, 압축할 수 있도록 상기 실린더의 외측에서 냉매의 흡입/토출을 안내하는 밸브유니트(5,5)와, 이들 부품들을 내부에 수용하여 보호할 수 있도록 서로 조립되는 프런트 하우징(6) 및 리어 하우징(7)을 포함하여 이루어지고;상기 각 실린더에서 배출되는 냉매가 저장되도록 상기 프런트/리어 하우징에 각각 고압실(61,71)이 형성되며;상기 각 실린더에 상기 프런트 하우징의 고압실 냉매를 상기 리어 하우징으로 유도하는 유도공(1a,1a)이 서로 연통하도록 형성되고;상기 리어 하우징의 고압실에는 토출관(72)이 직상방으로 형성되고;상기 리어 하우징의 토출관(72) 출구와 상기 리어 하우징 외주면의 토출공(74) 사이에, 상기 토출관과 유도공으로부터 상기 토출공으로 토출되는 냉매의 맥동압을 감쇄시키기 위하여, 상기 토출관과 상기 유도공(1a)의 각 출구에 대하여 상기 리어 하우징의 원주방향으로 확장된 단면을 갖도록 형성된, 상기 토출관(72) 단면적의 7~15배의 단면적을 갖는 머플러실(73)이 포함되고, 그리고상기 프런트 하우징(6)의 고압실(61) 출구와 상기 유도공(1a) 입구 사이에, 냉매 맥동압을 감쇄시키기 위하여, 상기 프런트 하우징의 고압실(61)의 출구에 대하여 상기 프런트 하우징 원주방향으로 확장된 단면적을 갖도록 형성된 머플러실(63)을 포함되어 된 맥동압 저감구조를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 맥동압 저감구조를 가지는 압축기.
