- 서로 연결되어 있는 매크로 포어와 매크로 포어의 벽 내에 평균 직경이 1∼1000㎛인 메소 포어를 갖는 연속 기포 구조를 가지며, 전체 미세 구멍 용적이 1㎖/g∼50㎖/g이며, 이온 교환기가 균일하게 분포되고, 이온 교환 용량이 0.5㎎당량/g 건조 다공질체 이상인 유기 다공질 이온 교환체를 충전한 탈이온실에 통수하고, 수중의 이온성 불순물을 제거하여 탈이온수를 제조함과 더불어, 이 탈이온실에 직류 전장을 인가하여, 이 유기 다공질 이온 교환체에 흡착한 이온성 불순물을 계 외로 배제하는 전기식 탈이온수 제조 장치에 있어서, 이 탈이온실은 양측의 이온교환막으로 구획되는 실에 상기 유기다공질이온교환체를 충전한 것이고, 이 이온교환막의 외측에 직류전압을 인가하는 전극을 배치한 것이며, 또한, 이 직류 전장의 인가는, 배제되는 이온이 이 유기 다공질 이온 교환체 내에 있어서의 통수 방향에 대하여 역방향으로 이동하도록 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 탈이온수 제조 장치.
- 한 쪽의 이온 교환막과 다른 쪽의 양이온 교환막으로 구획되는 탈이온실에 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체를 충전하여 이루어지는 탈양이온실과, 이 한 쪽의 이온 교환막의 외측에 배설되는 양극과, 이 다른 쪽의 양이온 교환막의 외측에 배설되는 음극과, 이 탈양이온실 중의 다른 쪽의 양이온 교환막 근방에 배설되는 제1 피처리수 도입 분배부와, 이 탈양이온실 중의 한 쪽의 이온 교환막 근방에 배설되는 제1 처리수 집수부를 갖는 전기식 탈양이온수 제조 장치와, 한 쪽의 음이온 교환막과 다른 쪽의 이온 교환막으로 구획되는 탈이온실에 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체를 충전하여 이루어지는 탈음이온실과, 이 한 쪽의 음이온 교환막의 외측에 배설되는 양극과, 이 다른 쪽의 이온 교환막의 외측에 배설되는 음극과, 상기 전기식 탈양이온수 제조 장치의 제1 처리수 집수부와 연통관으로 접속되는 이 탈음이온실 중의 한 쪽의 음이온 교환막 근방에 배설되는 제2 피처리수 도입 분배부와, 이 탈음이온실 중의 다른 쪽의 이온 교환막 근방에 배설되는 제2 처리수 집수부를 갖는 전기식 탈음이온수 제조 장치를 구비하고,상기 유기다공질 양이온 교환체 또는 상기 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체가, 서로 연결되어 있는 매크로 포어와 매크로 포어의 벽 내에 평균 직경이 1∼1000㎛인 메소 포어를 갖는 연속 기포 구조를 가지고, 전체 미세 구멍 용적이 1㎖/g∼50㎖/g이며, 이온 교환기가 균일하게 분포되고, 이온 교환 용량이 0.5㎎당량/g 건조 다공질체 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 탈이온수 제조 장치.
- 한 쪽의 제1의 양이온 교환막과, 이 한 쪽의 제1의 양이온 교환막과 다른 쪽의 음이온 교환막 사이에 형성되는 제2의 양이온 교환막으로 구획되는 제1 탈이온실에 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체를 충전하여 이루어지는 탈양이온실과,이 다른 쪽의 음이온 교환막과 이 제2의 양이온 교환막으로 구획되는 제2 탈이온실에 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체를 충전하여 이루어지는 탈음이온실과,이 한 쪽의 제1의 양이온 교환막의 외측에 배설되는 음극과,이 다른 쪽의 음이온 교환막의 외측에 배설되는 양극과,이 탈양이온실 중의 한 쪽의 제1의 양이온 교환막 근방에 배설되는 제1 피처리수 도입 분배부와, 이 탈양이온실 중의 제2의 양이온 교환막 근방에 배설되는 제1 처리수 집수부와, 이 제1 처리수 집수부와 연통관으로 접속되는 이 탈음이온실 중의 다른 쪽의 음이온 교환막 근방에 배설되는 제2 피처리수 도입 분배부와, 이 탈음이온실 중의 제2의 양이온 교환막 근방에 배설되는 제2 처리수 집수부를 구비하고,상기 유기다공질 양이온 교환체 또는 상기 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체가, 서로 연결되어 있는 매크로 포어와 매크로 포어의 벽 내에 평균 직경이 1∼1000㎛인 메소 포어를 갖는 연속 기포 구조를 가지고, 전체 미세 구멍 용적이 1㎖/g∼50㎖/g이며, 이온 교환기가 균일하게 분포되고, 이온 교환 용량이 0.5㎎당량/g 건조 다공질체 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기식 탈이온수 제조 장치.
