Claims (25)
- 하나 이상의 양극(5,6)과, 1종 이상의 리튬염을 포함하는 1종 이상의 전해액과, 하나 이상의 음극(1,2)을 포함하는 리튬 전기화학 축전지(10,12,14)에 있어서,상기 전해액에 의해 겔화될 수 있고 상기 음극(1,2)과의 접촉시에 상기 전해액에 의해서 적어도 부분적으로 겔화되며 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드(PEO), 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN) 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군중에서 1종 이상 선택되는 중합체(GP)를 포함하는 겔화된 분리막(GS)으로 된 하나 이상의 층(3,13); 및상기 분리막(GS)의 층(3,13)과 접촉하고 상기 전해액에 의해 가소화될 수 있으며 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF), 폴리스티렌(PS), 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC), 폴리카르보네이트(PC), 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 모노머(EPDM) 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군중에서 1종 이상 선택되는 중합체(PP)를 포함하는 가소화된 분리막(PS)으로 된 하나 이상의 층(4)을 포함하는 축전지(10,12,14).
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 가소화된 분리막(PS)의 층(4)은 상기 양극(5,6)과 적어도 부분적으로 접촉하는 것인, 축전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 상기 양극(5,6)과 상기 가소화된 분리막(PS)의 층(4) 사이에, 또 다른 겔화된 분리막(GS)의 층(GSa)(15)을 더 포함하는 축전지.

- 하나 이상의 양극(5,6)과, 1종 이상의 리튬염을 포함하는 1종 이상의 전해액과, 하나 이상의 음극(1,2)을 포함하는 리튬 전기화학 축전지(10,12,14)의 제조 방법에 있어서,음극(1, 2) 상에서 상기 전해액에 의해 겔화 가능하며, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드(PEO), 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN) 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군중에서 1종 이상 선택되는 중합체(GP)를 포함하는 겔화된 분리막(GS)으로 된 하나 이상의 층(3,13)을 조립하고;상기 겔화된 분리막(GS) 층 상에서 상기 전해액에 의해 가소화될 수 있고, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF), 폴리스티렌(PS), 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC), 폴리카르보네이트(PC), 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 모노머(EPDM) 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군중에서 1종 이상 선택되는 중합체(PP)를 포함하는 가소화된 분리막(PS)으로 된 하나 이상의 층(4)을 조립하며―상기 2개의 층의 조합에 의해 음극(1, 2)과 양극(5, 6) 사이에서 분리막을 형성함―;양극(5, 6) 상에서 상기 분리막을 조립하고;1종 이상의 리튬염을 포함하는 전해액에 의해서 상기 분리막을 함침(impregnating)시키는 것을 포함하는 리튬 전기화학 축전지 제조 방법.
