Claims (11)
- 내연기관의 배출 통로에 놓이는 촉매,촉매 입구에서 배기가스의 입구 가스 온도를 획득하기 위한 입구 가스 온도 획득 수단,촉매의 온도를 추정하기 위한 촉매 온도 추정 수단,입구 가스 온도 및 촉매의 후단부 온도의 영향의 정도를 고려하여 촉매 출구에서의 배기가스의 출구 가스 온도를 추정하기 위한 출구 가스 온도 추정 수단, 및상기 출구 가스 온도 추정 수단에 의해 추정된 상기 출구 가스 온도의 추정치에 기초하여, 상기 촉매 온도 추정 수단에 의해 추정된 상기 촉매 온도의 추정치를 보정하는 온도 보정 수단을 구비하고,상기 촉매 온도 추정 수단은, 상기 촉매를 복수 지점으로 분할하여 각각의 부위에서 촉매 온도를 추정하는 것으로,상기 온도 보정 수단은, 상기 입구 가스 온도의 영향이 상기 촉매의 후단부 온도의 영향보다 커질수록, 상기 촉매의 입구측 부위에서의 상기 추정치 보정량이 보다 커지고, 상기 촉매의 출구측 부위에 있어서의 상기 추정치 보정량이 보다 작아지도록 보정하는 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 내연기관의 배출 통로에 놓이는 촉매,촉매 입구에서 배기가스의 입구 가스 온도를 획득하기 위한 입구 가스 온도 획득 수단,촉매의 온도를 추정하기 위한 촉매 온도 추정 수단,입구 가스 온도 및 촉매 온도의 영향의 정도를 고려하여 촉매 출구에서의 배기가스의 출구 가스 온도를 추정하기 위한 출구 가스 온도 추정 수단, 및출구 가스 온도 추정 수단에 의해 추정되는 출구 가스 온도의 추정치에 기초하여 입구 가스 온도 획득 수단에 의해 추정되는 입구 가스 온도의 추정치를 보정하기 위한 온도 보정 수단을 포함하는, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,출구 가스 온도 추정 수단은 영향의 정도를 고려한 입구 가스 온도와 촉매 온도 사이의 가중 평균치에 특정 계수를 곱함으로써 획득되는 값을 출구 가스 온도로 추정하는, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,출구 가스 온도를 측정하기 위한 출구 가스 온도 측정 수단을 더 포함하며,온도 보정 수단은 출구 가스 온도의 추정치 및 측정치에 기초하여 촉매 온도의 추정치값을 보정하는, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,출구 가스 온도를 측정하기 위한 출구 가스 온도 측정 수단을 더 포함하며,온도 보정 수단은 출구 가스 온도의 추정치 및 측정치에 기초하여 입구 가스 온도의 추정치를 보정하는, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,촉매 온도 추정 수단은 복수의 부분으로 나뉘는 촉매의 각 영역에서의 촉매 온도를 추정하며,온도 보정 수단은, 촉매의 입구부를 포함하는 또는 포함하지않는 촉매의 각 영역에 대한 영향의 정도를 다르게 함으로써, 촉매의 각 영역에 대한 입구 가스 온도 추정치의 추정치 보정량을 다르게 하는, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,온도 보정 수단은, 촉매의 출구에 더 가까운 영역에서의 촉매 온도의 영향이 입구 가스 온도의 영향보다 커짐에 따라, 촉매의 입구에 더 가까운 영역에서의 추정치 보정량을 작게 보정하고, 촉매의 출구에 더 가까운 영역에서의 추정치 보정량을 크게 보정하는, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,출구 가스 온도 추정 수단 및/또는 온도 보정 수단은 내연기관의 작동 상태에 기초하여 영향의 정도를 변경하기 위한 영향 정도 변경 수단을 더 포함하는, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,출구 가스 온도 추정 수단은 내연기관의 작동 상태에 기초하여 특정 계수를 변경하기 위한 계수 변경 수단을 더 포함하는, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,작동 상태를 나타내는 파라미터가 흡입 공기량, 크랭크축 회전 속도, 흡입관 압력, 스로틀 개도, 및 부하율 중 적어도 하나인, 내연기관용 배기가스 정화 장치.
