Claims (11)
- 삭제
- 방사선조사수단(1)과, 행렬방향으로 배치되어, 방사선을 전하로 변환하는 화소(Pij)와, 상기 전하를 화상신호로서 판독하는 판독수단(26)을 구비한 이차원 방사선검출기(2)와, 상기 방사선조사수단(1)과 상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2)와의 사이에 배치된 산란선 제거 그리드(grid)(3)를 가지고,상기 산란선 제거 그리드(3)는 복수의 상기 화소(Pij)로 이루어지는 화소열에 평행으로 그리고 복수의 화소열(列) 마다 배치된 복수의 방사선 차폐(遮蔽)판을 가지고,상기 방사선 차폐판(31)의 음영이 투영되는 하나 또는 복수의 상기 화소열로 이루어지는 차폐 화소열로부터 판독된 상기 화상신호를, 상기 차폐 화소열에 대해서 행방향으로 인접하는 복수의 상기 화소열로부터 판독된 화상신호에 근거하여 보정하는 보정연산수단(6)을 가지고,상기 보정연산수단(6)은, 상기 차폐 화소열로부터 판독된 화상신호에 근거하여, 상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2)에 입사하는 산란선분포를 추정하는 산란선분포추정수단(63)과, 상기 추정된 산란선분포에 근거한 추정투과산란성분을, 적어도 일부의 화소(Pij)로부터 판독된 화상신호로부터 제거하는 수단(64)을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선촬상장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 차폐 화소열이 복수의 상기 화소열로부터 구성되고, 상기 차폐 화소열을 구성하는 복수의 상기 화소열의 화상신호를 아날로그에서 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 산란선 제거 그리드(3)와 상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2) 간의 거리가 상기 방사선 차폐판(31)의 높이의 정수배인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 방사선조사수단(1)과, 상기 산란선 제거 그리드(3) 및 상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2)와의 상대위치가 소정의 범위에서 변화한 경우에 있어서도, 상기 방사선 차폐판(31)의 음영이 상기 화소열 내에 들어가도록 상기 산란선 제거 그리드(3)의 위치 및 상기 방사선 차폐판(31)의 형상이 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,복수의 상기 방사선조사수단(1) 및 상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2)의 위치에 있어서, 상기 방사선조사수단(1)과 상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2)와의 사이에 피검체를 배치하지 않고 촬영한 화상신호에 근거하여, 상기 차폐 화소열의 위치 및 차폐 화소열의 폭을 취득하는 차폐 화소열 특정수단(61)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2)와 상기 산란선 제거 그리드(3)와의 상대위치를 조정하는 조정수단(34)을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 산란선 제거 그리드(3)가 크로스(cross:십자형) 그리드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 방사선조사수단(1)과 이차원 방사선검출기(2)를 이들의 상대거리 일정 그리고 대향 배치한 상태에서 회전구동하는 회전구동기구(7)와, 복수의 회전위치에서 얻은 상기 화상신호에 근거하여 단층화상을 얻는 단층화상 처리수단(6)을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2)는, 동일 행에 속하는 각 화소(Pij)의 드레인전극(Ddij)에 접속되는 데이터라인(DLj)과, 동일 열에 속하는 각 화소(Pij)의 게이트전극(Dgij)에 접속되는 게이트라인(GLj)을 가지고 있고, 상기 방사선 차폐판(31)을 상기 게이트라인(GLj)에 평행으로 배치하는 것으로, 상기 화소열 및 차폐 화소열은, 상기 게이트라인(GLj)에 평행인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 이차원 방사선검출기(2)는, 동일 행에 속하는 각 화소(Pij)의 게이트전극(Dgij)에 접속되는 게이트라인(GLj)과, 동일 열에 속하는 각 화소(Pij)의 드레인전극(Ddij)에 접속되는 데이터라인(DLj)을 가지고 있고, 상기 방사선 차폐판(31)을 상기 데이터라인(DLj)에 평행으로 배치하는 것으로, 상기 화소열 및 차폐 화소열은, 상기 데이터라인(DLj)에 평행인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 촬상장치.
