Claims (4)
- 진공용기와 진공펌프와의 사이에서 접속가능한 진공개폐밸브에 있어,상기 진공용기 또는 상기 진공펌프의 한쪽에 접속가능한 포트가 형성된 밸브 시트(valve seat),상기 밸브 시트(valve seat)에 접하고 떨어질 수 있는 밸브요소,유체에 의해 구동되고, 상기 밸브요소를 이동시키는 피스톤,상기 피스톤이 수용되는 실린더, 및상기 피스톤의 외주면과 상기 실린더의 내주면과의 소정 간격을 상기 피스톤의 동작과 함께 변형하여 밀폐하는 벨로프램(bellofram)을 포함하며,상기 밸브 시트(valve seat)에 대하여 상기 밸브요소의 개도를 변화시켜서 상기 진공용기 안의 진공압력을 제어하는 진공개폐밸브에 있어서,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)은 상기 피스톤의 외주면과 접속함과 동시에 소정의 경사각도로 형성된 주변 표면(peripheral surface)을 포함하고,상기 피스톤의 외주면은 소정의 경사각도로 형성된 경사면을 포함하며,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)과 상기 피스톤은 상기 밸브요소가 상기 밸브 시트(valve seat)에 접한 위치에 있을 때에 상기 벨로프램(bellofram)의 상기 피스톤과 접촉하는 주변 표면(peripheral surface) 부분의 내주지름과 상기 벨로프램(bellofram)과 접촉하는 상기 피스톤의 외주지름이 같도록 형성되고,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)의 경사각도와 상기 피스톤의 경사각도가 같도록 형성되며,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)의 주변 표면(peripheral surface)은 중심축을 따른 단면에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 스트로크 방향을 따르는 축선과 이루는 각도가 다른 제1, 제2 경사면을 포함하고,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)의 경사각도는 상기 제1, 제2 경사면 중, 각도가 작은 경사면의 경사각도이며,상기 밸브요소와 상기 피스톤을 접속하는 로드를 더 포함하며,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)에 상기 로드가 삽입되는 삽입구멍이 형성되고,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)이 상기 삽입구멍을 이용하여 상기 로드의 외주와 끼워 맞추는 것에 의해 위치결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공개폐밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)은 지름 방향의 주연에 상기 실린더에 고정되는 고정부를 포함하며,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)은 상기 제1, 2 경사면 사이를 연결하는 변곡부를 더 포함하고, 상기 변곡부는 상기 벨로프램(bellofram)의 상기 축선 방향 중앙의 위치보다, 상기 고정부 쪽에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공개폐밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벨로프램(bellofram)은 인서트 성형에 의해, 고무에 기포를 매설한 고무 성형 부재로 이루어지며, 상기 기포는 상기 벨로프램(bellofram)의 중앙 축을 따르는 방향으로 가요성이 있는 짜임새를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공개폐밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 기포의 상기 짜임새는 트리코 조직(tricot weave)인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공개폐밸브.
