Claims (1)
- 길이 방향으로 내부에 다수의 관통공을 형성하고 외부에 120° 간격으로 돌출된 고정대를 구비하는 본체와;상기 본체의 고정대와 일치되게 방사상으로 배치되어 상기 배관의 내벽에 압착된 상태로 이동하게 구동하는 구동부; 및,상기 고정대와 구동부에 장착되어, 상기 구동부를 승강시키면서 배관의 내벽에 압착된 상태를 유지하게 하는 압착부;를 포함하여 탐사 및 청소, 연마, 도장 작업을 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 배관의 내부 탐사 및 작업용 로봇으로서,상기 구동부는, 프레임을 구비하고, 상기 프레임의 길이 방향 양단에는 동력을 발생하는 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터의 동력에 의해 회전하는 바퀴와, 상기 바퀴로 구동모터의 동력을 전달하는 구동력 전달수단이 각각 설치되며,상기 압착부는, 상기 프레임의 중앙에 상기 프레임의 승강을 위한 동력을 발생하는 압착모터와, 상기 압착모터의 동력에 의해 회전하는 승강 볼트와, 상기 승강 볼트로 압착모터의 동력을 전달하는 승강동력 전달수단이 설치되고, 상기 프레임의 중앙과 양단 사이에 상기 프레임의 승강을 안내하는 승강 안내바가 각각 설치되며, 상기 승강 볼트와 나사 결합되는 승강 너트와, 상기 승강 안내바를 수용하는 승강 안내바 수용 홈이 상기 고정대의 해당 위치에 고정 설치되며,상기 프레임은, 양단에 설치된 구동모터, 바퀴 및 베벨기어가 포함된 부분과 나머지 부분으로 분리하고, 상기 구동모터, 바퀴 및 베벨기어가 포함된 부분의 연장된 일 측 중간과 나머지 부분의 구부러진 끝단을 힌지 결합하는 한편 구동모터, 바퀴 및 베벨기어가 포함된 부분의 끝단을 마주하는 나머지 부분에서 탄성 지지되게 하여, 상기 구동모터, 바퀴 및 베벨기어가 포함된 부분이 탄성 지지된 상태를 유지하면서 상기 배관의 내벽을 이동하게 하고, 이동 중에 돌출 부위에 의해 바퀴에 힘이 가해질 때 탄성에 의해 상기 본체 쪽으로 움직여 완충 작용을 하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관의 내부 탐사 및 작업용 로봇.
