Description
Claims (31)
- 베이스 재료와 적어도 한 유형의 수지 재료로 구성되는 첫번째 층과, 상기 베이스 재료의 상단 표면에 적어도 한 유형의 마찰 수정 입자를 구비하는 두번째 층으로 구성되고, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 적어도 한 유형의 대칭인 기하학적 형상을 가지고, 상기 두번째 층은 30 내지 200 마이크론의 평균두께를 가지며, 이때 상기 두번째 층은 상기 첫번째 층보다 낮은 유체 투과성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재로서,상기 두번째 층은 상기 첫번째 층보다 방사상 방향으로 더 낮은 투과율을 가지고, 일반적인 방향으로 더 낮은 투과율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자 층은 60 내지 100 마이크론의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 0.1 내지 80 마이크론 크기의 평균 지름을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 0.5 내지 20 마이크론 크기의 평균지름을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 재료는 50 내지 85%의 평균 공백 부피를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 실리카 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 세라이트 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 규조토로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 탄소 입자와 실리카 입자의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 세라이트는 일반적으로 평판 또는 디스크 형상인 것을특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 세라이트 입자는 2 내지 20 마이크론 범위의 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 금속 산화물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 질화물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 수정 입자는 탄화물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 재료는 섬유 함유 베이스 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 재료는 짜여지지 않은 섬유 함유 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 재료는 짜여진 섬유 함유 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 재료는 15 내지 25 중량% 면, 40 내지 50 중량% 아라미드 섬유, 10 내지 20 중량% 탄소 섬유들, 5 내지 15 중량% 탄소 입자, 및 5 내지 15 중량% 세라이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰재의 두번째 층은 상기 섬유 함유 베이스 재료 내의 섬유들과 충진재들에 침적된 실리카 마찰 수정 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 함유 베이스 재료는 5 내지 10 마이크론의 평균 크기의 공극을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 재료는 10 내지 50 중량%의 더 적게 피브릴화 된 아라미드 섬유; 10 내지 35 중량%의 활성 탄소 입자; 5 내지 20 중량%의 면 섬유들, 2 내지 15 중량%의 탄소 섬유들; 및 10 내지 35 중량%의 충진재 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 적어도 하나의 페놀 수지, 적어도 하나의 변형 페놀 수지, 적어도 하나의 실리콘 수지, 적어도 하나의 실리콘 변형 수지, 적어도 하나의 에폭시 수지, 적어도 하나의 에폭시 변형 수지, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구 성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 적어도 하나의 페놀 수지와 적어도 하나의 실리콘 수지의 혼합물로 구성되고, 이때 상기 수지 혼합물 중 실리콘 수지는 상기 수지 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 5 내지 80 중량% 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 수지는 용매 재료 내에 있고, 상기 실리콘 수지는 상기 페놀 수지의 용매 재료에 상용성인 용매 재료 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘과 페놀 수지 혼합물에 존재하는 실리콘 수지의 양은 상기 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 20 내지 25 중량% 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘과 페놀 수지 혼합물에 존재하는 상기 실리콘 수지의 양은 상기 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 15 내지 25 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 변형 페놀 수지는 적어도 하나의 에폭시 페놀 수지 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지 내에 존재하는 상기 에폭시 수지의 양은 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지의 중량에 대하여 5 내지 25 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지 내에 존재하는 에폭시 수지의 양은 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지의 중량에 대하여 10 내지 15 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 상용성인 용매는 에탄올, 메틸-에틸 케톤, 부타놀, 이소프로파놀 또는 톨루엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
