Claims (10)
- 백라이트유니트용 광확산 시트에 있어서,기재 필름과,상기 기재필름의 일면에 바인더 수지 및 입자를 포함하는 도포액으로 도포된 광확산층과,상기 광확산층 상에 상기 광확산층의 바인더 수지와 서로 다른 굴절율을 가진 바인더 수지를 사용하여 도포된 박막층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광확산 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 박막층을 형성하는 상기 바인더 수지의 굴절율은 1.30 ~ 1.80이며, 상기 광확산층의 바인더 수지의 굴절율보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광확산 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산층의 입자는 평균 입경이 3㎛ ~ 50㎛인 입자로서, 단독의 최대입경을 입자 또는 최대 평균 입경을 가진 입자보다 작은 평균 입경을 가진 1종 이상 혼용된 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광확산 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기재필름은 투명한 폴리카보네이트(PC) 필름, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 필름 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 필름 내부에 유기확산제를 포함하고 40 ~ 95%의 헤이즈 및 50~95%의 투과율을 갖는 내부확산필름인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광확산 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백라이트유니트용 광확산 시트는 10~95%의 헤이즈 및 50~95%의 투과율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광확산 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 박막층의 두께는 0.1~3㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광확산 시트.
- 삭제
- 백라이트유니트용 광학 시트에 있어서,시트의 최상위 층에 서로 다른 굴절율을 가진 제1바인더 수지 및 제2 바인더 수지를 차례로 도포한 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광학 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제 1 바인더 수지와 상기 제2 바인더 수지는 서로 다른 굴절율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광학 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제2바인더 수지의 굴절율은 1.30 ~ 1.80이고, 상기 제 1 바인더 수지의 굴절률보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 백라이트유니트용 광학 시트.
