Claims (7)
- 분기된 각 배기관에 설치된 프리(Pre)촉매와;상기 각 배기관에서 프리촉매 앞쪽에 장착된 프론트 산소센서와;상기 분기된 배기관이 합쳐진 합류부 배기관에 장착된 메인촉매와;상기 합류부 배기관에서 메인촉매 앞쪽에 장착된 리어 산소센서와;유입흡기량을 검출하는 에어 흐름센서와;내연기관의 회전속도를 검출하는 회전속도센서와;차량의 속도를 검출하는 차속센서와;악셀러레이터의 밟는 양을 검출하는 액셀페달위치센서와;상기 각 센서들의 신호를 수신하는 ECU와;상기 ECU에 연결되는 전방 장애물 검출수단;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 촉매의 열화 진단 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전방 장애물 검출수단은 전방 장해물과의 거리 및 방위를 검출하는 수단으로서,장애물까지의 방향과 거리를 검출하는 레이다(Radar)센서를 포함하는 레이다 센서 유니트와;카메라 화상을 통해 전방 환경인식 및 장애물을 검출하는 카메라 유니트와;자차위치를 특정하고 전방의 도로상황을 검출하는 카 네비게이션 유니트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 촉매의 열화 진단 장치.
- F/C 개시 시간을 예측하여 산출하는 단계와;예측된 F/C 개시 시간내에 리어 산소센서의 이론공연비 상당의 전압을 리치(Rich)쪽으로 변동(Shift)키는 리치 시프트(Rich Shift)를 실시하는 단계와;상기 리어 산소센서의 출력이 소정의 지연시간을 가지며 리치(Rich)쪽으로 변동한 후, F/C 개시가 이루어지는 단계와;F/C 직후, 프론트 산소센서의 출력이 소정값 이하이면 타이머 카운트를 개시하는 단계와;상기 리어 산소센서의 출력이 소정값 이하이면 타이머 카운트를 종료하는 단계와;상기 타이머 카운트된 값이 소정값 이하이면 촉매가 열화된 것으로 판정하고, 소정값 이상이면 촉매 열화가 아닌 것으로 판정하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 촉매의 열화 진단 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 F/C 개시 시간을 예측하여 산출하는 단계는:레이다 센서 유니트에서 전방 주행차량까지의 거리(D)와 상대속도(V)를 기반으로 차간시간(CT)를 산출하는 과정과;상기 차간시간을 토대로 F/C개시까지의 시간을 예측하는 과정;으로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 촉매의 열화 진단 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 F/C 개시 시간을 예측하여 산출하는 단계는:카메라 유니트 및/또는 카 네비게이션 유니트에서 전방 장애물과 곡선로(Curve)와의 거리를 검출하여 감속이 필요한지 아닌지 판정을 하는 과정;상기 차속센서에서 산출된 차속으로부터 곡선로까지의 시간을 산출하는 과정;차량의 감속 여부를 판정하여 F/C개시까지의 시간을 예측하는 과정;으로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 촉매의 열화 진단 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 운전자의 액셀 페달을 밟고 떼는 습관에 의해 F/C 타이밍을 학습하여 리치 시프트(Rich Shift)의 타이밍을 제어할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 촉매의 열화 진단 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 리치 시프트(Rich Shift)를 개시하기 전, 또는 F/C 개시 전에 기어 위치(Gear Position)을 변경시켜 엔진 회전수를 낮추도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 촉매의 열화 진단 방법.
