- (a). 하기 화학식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리에틸렌옥사이드 고분자의 양 말단에 상호 이성질체 관계인 D-락트산 또는 L-락트산 저중합체를 중합하여 하기 화학식 (Ⅱ)로 표시되는 고분자 화합물을 제조하는 단계;(b). 상기 화학식 (Ⅱ)로 표시되는 고분자 화합물을 중합하여 하기 화학식 (Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 고분자 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리에틸렌옥사이드 다중합체의 제조방법 :화학식 (Ⅰ)화학식 (Ⅱ)화학식 (Ⅲ)상기 식에서, x는 10~1,000, y는 10~1,700 이고, n은 2~100이며, m은 2~10의 정수이다.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계의 D-락트산 또는 L-락트산 저중합체의 중합시 스태노스 옥테이트(Sn(Oct)2)를 촉매로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리에틸렌옥사이드 다중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계의 중합반응이 120~140°C 에서 5~15시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리에틸렌옥사이드 다중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계에서 다중합체의 가교제로 1,6-헥사메틸렌 다이이소시아네이트(1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리에틸렌옥사이드 다중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 중합반응이 80~100°C 에서 20~30시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리에틸렌옥사이드 다중합체의 제조방법.

- (a). 제 5항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리에틸렌옥사이드 다중합체 내에 포함된 락트산 저중합체 사슬간의 이성복합체를 형성하는 단계;(b). 상기에서 형성된 이성복합체를 완충 용액에 용해시키는 단계; 및(c). 상기 완충 용액으로 약물을 봉입하는 단계; 를 포함하는 거대분자 약물 전달용 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계가 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리틸렌옥사이드 다중합체 내에 포함된 D-락트산 저중합체 사슬과 L-락트산 저중합체 사슬을 0:100~100:0의 중량비로 수용액 또는 유기용매 상에 각각 용해시킨 후, 혼합하여 이성복합체를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 거대분자 약물 전달용 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 완충 용액이 수용성 약물이 용해되어 있는 생리 식염수 완충 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 거대분자 약물 전달용 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
