Claims (7)
- 측면(11)과 바닥면(12)으로 둘러싸여 있는 하우징과;상기 하우징의 바닥면(12)에서 소정의 거리만큼 이격되고, 다공성 여재를 구비한 여과층부(121);상기 하우징의 측벽(11)과 여과층부(121)로 한정된 내부공간(130)으로 유입수를 공급하는 유입구(15);상기 하우징의 바닥면(12)으로부터 외부로 뻗어 있는 유출구(16);상기 여과층부(121) 아래에 위치되어 역세척수와 공기를 공급하는 배관(30); 및 외부로 역세척수 혹은 월류수를 내보내는 퇴출구(17);를 포함하여 이루어지는 응집여과장치에 있어서,상기 여과층부(21)는 지지대(1211)와; 이 지지대(1211) 상에 배치된 하나 이상의 스크린(1213); 이 스크린을 통과하지 않는 굵은 모래층(1214); 및 이 모래층(1214) 위에 다공성 여재(123); 순서로 배열되어 있고,상기 스크린(1213)은 하나 이상의 와이어 메쉬로 이루어져 있고,상기 다공성 여재는 다공성 인조모래로서 작은 입자크기를 갖는 유리분말에 발포제를 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 고온으로 가열하고 이를 냉각시킨 후 분쇄하여 입자의 크기는 3mm 이하이며, 건조시 용적밀도 0.4~0.6g/㎤, 수분포화시 1.3~1.8g/㎤이고, 공극률이 65~80%으로 되어 있으며,상기 하우징 상부에 위치되어 내부공간(130)내의 수위를 계측함으로써 역세척을 실행할 시점을 판단하기 위한 수위계측기(13)를 구비하고,상기 하우징 내로 응집제를 투입하기 위해 약품투입기(18)를 구비하고,상기 내부공간(130)에, 유입된 유입수를 유동시켜 여과층의 표면이 교란되어 퇴적물의 침강속도를 지연시켜 여과손실이 일어나는 것을 방지하면서 내부공간(130)으로 유입되는 유입수와 상기 약품투입기(18)에 의해 공급되는 응집제를 혼합하여 협잡물의 응집을 돕도록 되어 있는 회전 교반기(40)를 구비하여, 응집과 여과공정을 단일 반응조 내에서 동시에 실행할 수 있도록 된 응집여과장치.
