Claims (5)
- LED로부터 방사되는 광을 집광하기 하기 위한 LED용 집광 렌즈에 있어서,상기 집광 렌즈는,상기 LED로부터 방사되는 중앙부 광선이 입사되도록, 상기 LED의 상방에 형성된 제1 입사면이 하측을 향해 볼록한 형상을 가진 제1 렌즈부와,상기 LED로부터 방사되는 주변부 광선이 입사되는 제2 입사면과, 상기 제2 입사면에서 굴절된 입사광을 전반사시키기 위한 반사면을 가진 제2 렌즈부와,상기 제1 렌즈부의 제1 입사면과 상기 제2 렌즈부의 반사면으로부터 굴절되어 나온 광을 굴절시켜 출사하는 평탄면으로 형성된 출사면을 포함하고,상기 제1 입사면이 상기 LED의 상방향을 둘러싸고, 상기 제2 입사면이 상기 LED의 측방향을 둘러싸도록 형성되고, 상기 제2 입사면은 상기 제1 입사면에 대해 수직한 방향으로부터 LED를 향해 멀어지는 방향으로 경사져 있으며,상기 반사면은 상기 LED로부터 방사되어 상기 제2 입사면을 통해 굴절하여 진입된 입사광을 반사하기 위해 상기 제2 입사면에서 상기 출사면으로 갈수록 점차적으로 넓어지도록 만곡되어 있으며, 상기 제1 입사면은 사각형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사면은 전반사 조건으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중앙부 광선은 LED에 수직한 광축에 대해 ±45°의 범위 내에서 방사되는 광선이며, 상기 주변부 광선은 LED에 수직한 광축에 대해 ±45°의 범위 외에서 방사되는 광선인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 출사면으로부터 출사되는 광의 출사 각도는 30°~ 60°범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 집광 렌즈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 출사면으로부터 출사되는 광의 방사 프로파일은 사각형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 집광 렌즈.
