Claims (5)
- 입도가 0.1mm 이하인 석분 오니 100 중량부에 대하여, 물유리 5~15 중량부 및 탄화규소 0.5~1.5 중량부를 함유하는, 내장용 벽돌.
- 삭제
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 내장용 벽돌의 제조방법:(a) 입도가 0.1mm 이하인 석분 오니 100 중량부에 물유리 5~15 중량부 및 탄화규소 0.5~1.5 중량부를 첨가하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 혼합물을 성형하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계;(c) 상기 성형체를 건조기에서 60~100℃로 55~66시간 동안 건조시키는 단계; 및(d) 상기 건조된 성형체를 900~1200℃에서 20~35시간 동안 소성시켜 내장용 벽돌을 제조하는 단계.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 석분 오니는 화강암을 분쇄 또는 가공하는 과정에서 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (b)단계의 성형은 압출성형 또는 가압성형인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
