Claims (2)
- 강종별 복사율을 측정하기 위한 장치에 있어서,일측에 투명창(12)을 구비하고, 내부에 설치된 강판 시편(5)의 양단에 고전류를 흘려주어 강판 시편(5)을 가열하며, 진공 펌프(17)가 구비되어 그 내부는 진공상태로 유지될 수 있는 전기로(10);상기 전기로(10)내에 구비된 강판시편(5)과 접촉되어 그 온도를 측온하여 전기적 신호를 송출하는 열전대(25);상기 전기로(10)의 측방에 위치되어 전기로(10) 내부의 강판시편(5)의 표면적에서발생되는 복사에너지를 측정하여 전기적 신호를 송출하는 실리콘 광 검출기(30); 및상기 전기로(10)와 진공펌프(17)및 열전대(25)와 광 검출기(30)등에 전기적으로 연결되어 그들을 제어하고, 강판 시편(5)에 대한 온도별 복사 에너지 강도를 얻게 되며 이를 흑체의 온도별 복사 에너지 강도에 대한 비율로 산출하여 각각의 강판 시편(5)에 대한 온도별 복사율을 산출하는 콘트롤러(40);를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 강종별 복사율 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 강판 시편에 대한 복사율은 아래의 [수식1]을 통하여 강판의 실제 온도를 보정해 주는 것이고,T2 = (T1 + 273 ) * (e1 / e2)(1/4) - 273 ... [수식 1]여기서, e1 : 현재의 복사율 설정치e2 : 측정을 통해 구한 새로운 복사율T1 : 조압연 온도계에서 읽은 현재의 온도값T2 : 새로운 복사율을 적용해서 구할 온도값273 : 섭씨온도를 절대온도로 변환하기 위한 값임을 특징으로 하는 강종별 복사율 측정장치.
