Claims (7)
- 제1 노드에 연결되며, 음의전원전압을 수신하고, 이전캐리신호에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하기 위한 제1 트랜지스터;클럭신호 또는 반전된 클럭신호를 수신하고 상기 제1 노드의 전압에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하여 주사신호를 형성하기 위한 제2 트랜지스터;상기 클럭신호 또는 반전된 클럭신호를 수신하고 상기 제1 노드의 전압에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하여 캐리신호 또는 리셋신호를 형성하기 위한 제3 트랜지스터;상기 제1 노드에 연결되며, 양의전원전압을 수신하고, 이후리셋신호에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하기 위한 제4 트랜지스터;상기 양의전원전압과 상기 제1 노드 사이에 연결된 제1 커패시터; 및상기 제1 노드와 상기 제2 트랜지스터 사이에 연결되고 커플링을 통해 제1 노드의 전압을 조절하기 위한 제2 커패시터를 포함하는 시프트 레지스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내지 제4 트랜지스터들은 PMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 시프트 레지스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시프트 레지스터는 상기 제1 노드의 전압에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하고, 상기 클럭신호 또는 반전된 클럭신호를 상기 제2 트랜지스터 및 상기 제3 트랜지스터에 전달하기 위한 제5 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시프트 레지스터.

- 순차적으로 배치된 다수의 스테이지들을 가지고, 반클럭씩 지연된 다수의 주사신호들을 형성하는 주사구동장치에 있어서,클럭신호를 수신하고, 인가되는 스타트 펄스, 이후 리셋신호에 따른 온/오프 동작에 따라 제1 주사신호 및 제1 캐리신호를 발생하기 위한 제1 스테이지; 및반전된 클럭신호, 상기 제1 캐리신호 및 이후의 스테이지에서 발생되는 제3 캐리신호를 수신하여 상기 제1 주사신호에 반클럭 지연된 제2 주사신호, 제2 캐리신호 및 상기 제2 리셋신호를 발생하기 위한 제2 스테이지를 포함하고,상기 제1 스테이지 또는 제2 스테이지는,제1 노드에 연결되며, 음의전원전압을 수신하고, 이전캐리신호에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하기 위한 제1 트랜지스터;상기 클럭신호 또는 상기 반전된 클럭신호를 수신하고 상기 제1 노드의 전압에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하여 주사신호를 형성하기 위한 제2 트랜지스터;상기 클럭신호 또는 반전된 클럭신호를 수신하고 상기 제1 노드의 전압에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하여 캐리신호 또는 리셋신호를 형성하기 위한 제3 트랜지스터;상기 제1 노드에 연결되며, 양의전원전압을 수신하고, 이후리셋신호에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하기 위한 제4 트랜지스터;상기 양의전원전압과 상기 제1 노드 사이에 연결된 제1 커패시터; 및상기 제1 노드와 상기 제2 트랜지스터 사이에 연결되고 커플링을 통해 제1 노드의 전압을 조절하기 위한 제2 커패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 주사구동장치는 상기 제1 노드의 전압에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하고, 상기 클럭신호 또는 반전된 클럭신호를 상기 제2 트랜지스터 및 상기 제3 트랜지스터에 전달하기 위한 제5 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사구동장치.
