Claims (7)
- 우레탄 프리폴리머에 잠재성경화제와 잠재성경화제 분해촉매가 첨가된 주제와,물로 이루어진 경화제를 포함하며,상기 잠재성경화제는 옥사졸리딘계 잠재성경화제, 케티민계 잠재성경화제, 알디민계 잠재성경화제, 에나민계 잠재성경화제 중에 적어도 1종이 우레탄 프리폴리머 총중량의 0.5∼5.0중량% 첨가되고,상기 잠재성경화제 분해촉매는 유기산 또는 시릴에스터 중에 적어도 1종이 우레탄 프리폴리머 총중량의 0.1∼3.0중량% 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 우레탄 수지 조성물.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 경화제로서 적용되는 물은 주제 100중량%에 대하여 10∼30중량% 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 우레탄 수지 조성물은 도료, 접착제, 실링제 중 적어도 어느 하나에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2액형 우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 1의 물을 경화제로 사용하는 2액형 우레탄 수지 조성물을 이용하여, 폴리우레탄-시멘트 수지조성물로 구성된 수계 폴리우레탄수지모르타르 접착제를 사용하여 콘크리트 표면상에 형성된 균열ㆍ파손된 부분을 보수하는 표면고름층 형성단계와,수성 에폭시수지조성물로 구성된 콘크리트용 하도를 상기 표면고름층 상에 도포하는 접착층 형성단계와,물을 경화제로 사용하는 수경화성 우레탄 수지 조성물로 구성된 수계 우레탄방수제를 상기 접착층 상에 도포하는 방수층 형성단계와,수성 아크릴-우레탄계 수지조성물로 구성된 수계 도료를 상기 방수층 상에 도포하는 코팅층 형성단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경성 우레탄 방수공법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 방수층의 주제조성물에는 방수층의 기계적 물성을 향상시키기 위한 충전물이 첨가되며, 상기 충전물로는 칼슘 옥사이드, 산화마그네슘, 알루미늄 실리케이트 중 2종이 선택 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경성 우레탄 방수공법.
