- a) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물, 그 가수분해물 또는 그 부분 축합물 0.1 내지 50 중량부;b) 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물, 그 가수분해물 또는 그 부분 축합물 10 내지 60 중량부;c) 알루미늄 복합물 0.01 내지 10 중량부;d) 굴절율이 1.7 내지 3.0인 무기산화물 1.0 내지 100 중량부;e) 공통용매 30 중량부 이하; 및f) 용매 10 내지 100 중량부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 내마모성, 투명성 및 염색성이 우수한 실록산계 피복 조성물.[화학식 1]R1 aSi(OR2)4-a상기 화학식 1에서,R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로, C1-C6의 알킬기, C2-C6의 알케닐기, C1-C6의 할로겐화 알킬기, C2-C6의 알릴기 및 C3-C6의 방향족 탄화수소기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,a는 0 내지 3의 정수이다.[화학식 2]R3 bSi(OR4)4-b

- 제1항에 있어서,알루미늄복합물은 알루미늄 이소프로폭사이드, 알루미늄 보레이트, 알루니늄 브로마이드, 알루미늄 카바이드, 알루미늄 클로라이드, 알루미늄 하이드록사이드, 알루미늄 나이트라이드, 알루미늄 아세틸아세톤, 알루미늄 실리케이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,무기산화물은 산화티타늄, 산화지르코늄, 산화주석, 산화세륨, 티탄산바륨, 산화알루미늄, 산화이트륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 무기 단독 산화물인 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,무기산화물은 이산화규소, 산화티타늄, 산화지르코늄, 산화주석, 산화세륨, 티탄산바륨, 산화알루미늄 및 산화이트륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 무기산화물이 화학적으로 결합하여 형성된 복합산화물인 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,무기산화물은 제5항 또는 제6항에 따른 무기산화물이 착화합물과 착화합체를 형성한 무기산화물-착화합물인 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,무기산화물-착화합물에서 착화합물은 아세틸아세톤, 1,3-디페닐-1,3-프로판디온, t-부틸 t-부틸 케톤, 4-t-부틸디메틸실록시-3-펜텐-2-온, 4-(트리메틸실록시)-3-펜텐-2-온, 메틸셀로솔브, 에틸셀로솔브, 부틸셀로솔브, 이소프로필셀로솔브 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,무기산화물은 2차 입자의 평균입경이 5 내지 200 nm인 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공통용매는 아세틸아세톤, 아세톤, 디아세톤 알코올, 디메틸포름아미드, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 메틸셀로솔브, 에틸셀로솔브, N-메틸 피롤리딘, N-메틸 피롤리돈, 1,3-디페닐-1,3-프로판디온, t-부틸 t-부틸 케톤, 4-t-부틸디메틸실록시-3-펜텐-2-온, 4-(트리메틸실록시)-3-펜텐-2-온, 에틸아세테이트, 1,4-디옥세인, 2-피롤리돈, 디메틸 설폭사이드, 디메틸아세트아미드, C1-C5의 알킬 셀로솔브 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서,C1-C5의 알킬 셀로솔브는 메틸 셀로솔브, 에틸 셀로솔브, 부틸 셀로솔브, 이소프로필 셀로솔브 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, n-프로판올, n-부탄올, sec-부탄올, t-부탄올, 에틸 아세테이트, 메틸 아세테이트, 자이렌, 톨루엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 실록산계 피복 조성물.
- a) 용매 및 촉매의 존재 하에 ⅰ) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물, 그 가수분해물, 그 부분축합물 또는 이들의 혼합물과, ⅱ) 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물, 그 가수분해물, 그 부분축합물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 혼합하고, 졸-겔 반응을 수행하여 유기-무기 졸을 제조하는 단계;b) 유기-무기 졸에 공통용매를 첨가하는 단계;c) 공통용매가 첨가된 유기-무기 졸에 굴절율이 1.7 내지 3.0인 무기산화물을 첨가하는 단계; 및d) a)단계 또는 b)단계에 알루미늄 복합물을 첨가하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 내마모성, 투명성 및 염색성이 우수한 실록산계 피복 조성물의 제조방법.[화학식 1]R1 aSi(OR2)4-a상기 화학식 1에서,R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로, C1-C6의 알킬기, C2-C6의 알케닐기, C1-C6의 할로겐화 알킬기, C2-C6의 알릴기 및 C3-C6의 방향족 탄화수소기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,a는 0 내지 3의 정수이다.[화학식 2]R3 bSi(OR4)4-b
- 제13항에 있어서,a)단계에 알루미늄 복합물을 첨가하는 경우, a)단계의 졸-겔 반응이 수행되기 전에 첨가되거나, 졸-겔 반응이 수행되는 동안에 첨가되는 것인 실록산계 피복 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 단계 a)의 반응은 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것인 실록산계 피복 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,촉매는 산 촉매 또는 염기 촉매인 것인 실록산계 피복 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,산 촉매는 초산, 인산, 황산, 염산, 질산, 클로로설포닉산, 파라-톨루엔설포닉산, 트리클로로아세틱산, 폴리포스포릭산, 아이오딕산, 요오드산 무수물, 퍼크로릭산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 염기 촉매는 가성소다, 포타슘하이드록사이드, n-부틸아민, 디-n-부틸아민, 이미다졸, 암모늄 퍼클로레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 실록산계 피복 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 내마모성, 투명성 및 염색성이 우수한 실록산계 피복 조성물로 코팅된 광학렌즈.
- 제18항에 있어서,굴절율이 1.5 내지 1.8인 코팅막을 포함하는 광학 렌즈.
- 제18항에 있어서,광학 렌즈는 산업 안전경 또는 레져용 고글인 광학 렌즈.
