Claims (11)
- 크랭크실 내에서 내연 기관(31, 41)이 작동하는 동안 발생되는 크랭크실 가스를 정화하는 방법에 있어서,구동 모터(9, 49)에 의해 회전하도록 배치되고 그 회전에 의해 크랭크실로부터 원심 분리기(34, 50)로 크랭크실 가스를 흡입하도록 배치된 원심 로터(8)를 포함하고 상기 크랭크실 가스로부터 크랭크실 가스에 부유된 입자를 분리시키는 원심 분리기(34, 50)를 사용하는 단계와,크랭크실 내에서 단위 시간당 발생되는 크랭크실 가스의 양과 관련된 크기인 변수를 감지하는 단계와,크랭크실 내의 가스 압력이 내연 기관(31, 41)의 작동 중에 미리 설정된 값에서 또는 미리 설정된 압력 간격 내에서 유지되는 방식으로 상기 변수의 감지된 변화에 응답하여 원심 로터(8)의 회전 속도를 변경하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원심 로터(8)의 회전 속도는 제1 값으로부터 제2 값으로 변경되고, 제1 값 및 제2 값은 0보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원심 로터(8)의 회전 속도는 단계적으로 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원심 로터(8)의 회전 속도는 연속적으로 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원심 로터(8)의 회전 속도는 내연 기관(31, 41)에 의한 크랭크실 가스의 생성의 결과로서 발생되는 크랭크실 가스의 유동의 감지된 변화에 응답하여 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원심 로터(8)의 회전 속도는 내연 기관(31, 41)에 의한 크랭크실 가스의 생성의 결과로서 상승되는 크랭크실 가스의 과압의 감지된 변화에 응답하여 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 감지하는 단계는 내연 기관(31, 41)에 대한 부하에 따라 변화하는 변수에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 구동 모터(49)는 원심 로터(8)의 회전을 위하여 사용되며, 주파수 변환기(48)는 구동 모터(49)의 회전 속도의 변경과 이에 따른 원심 로터(8)의 속도의 변경을 위하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 방법.
- 구동 모터(9, 49)에 의해 회전하도록 배치되고 그 회전에 의해 크랭크실로부터 원심 분리기로 크랭크실 가스를 흡입하도록 배치된 원심 로터(8)를 구비한 원심 분리기(34, 50)를 포함하며 크랭크실 내에서 내연 기관(31, 41)이 작동하는 동안 발생되는 크랭크실 가스를 정화하는 장치에 있어서,원심 로터(8)를 다양한 속도로 회전시키도록 배치된 구동 모터(9, 49)와,크랭크실 내에서 단위 시간당 발생되는 크랭크실 가스의 양과 관련된 크기인 변수를 감지하도록 배치된 감지 수단(45)을 포함하며,상기 감지 수단(45)은 구동 모터(8, 49)를 작동시키도록 구동 모터(8, 49)와 연결되며,상기 구동 모터(9, 49)는 크랭크실 내의 가스 압력이 내연 기관(31, 41)의 작동 중에 미리 설정된 값에서 또는 미리 설정된 압력 간격 내에서 유지되도록 상기 변수의 감지된 변화에 응답하여 원심 로터(8)의 회전 속도를 변경하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 구동 모터(49)는 전기 장치이며, 주파수 변환기(48)는 감지 수단(45)과 구동 모터(49) 사이에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 감지 수단(45)은 내연 기관(41)이 작동 중에 받게 되는 부하와 관련된 변수를 감지하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크실 가스 정화 장치.
