Abstract

Claims (5)
- 대퇴골의 경골 측 말단에 결합되는 대퇴골 결합부재와, 경골의 상기 대퇴골 측 말단에 결합되는 경골 결합부재와, 상기 대퇴골 결합부재와 상기 경골 결합부재의 사이에 위치하는 베어링 부재를 포함하는 후방십자인대 제거형 PS 타입의 인공슬관절에 있어서,상기 베어링 부재는 후방 곡률부가 형성된 포스트를 포함하고,상기 베어링 부재의 포스트는 보다 자연스러운 회전운동을 가능하게 하고, 무릎관절이 충분히 안으로 굽힌 경우 슬개골 결합부재의 하단이 포스트 전방과 접촉하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 포스트의 전방측과 베어링 부재의 상면이 만나는 부위에서 하측으로 함몰되어 형성되는 전방 함몰부를 포함하며,상기 대퇴골 결합부재는 상기 포스트에 접촉하여 평면상 회전할 수 있도록 상기 후방 곡률부에 대응된 곡률로 이루어진 포스트 접촉곡률부가 형성된 캠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 포스트 및 개선된 캠 구조를 갖는 인공 슬관절.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베어링 부재는 상기 경골 결합부재와 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 포스트 및 개선된 캠 구조를 갖는 개선된 포스트 및 개선된 캠 구조를 갖는 인공 슬관절.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 캠은 상기 대퇴골 결합부재 후방 관절구의 상측까지 연장되어 있어, 보다 자연스러운 굽힘운동을 유도하고, 더 많은 굽힘이 있는 경우에도 탈구되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 포스트 및 개선된 캠 구조를 갖는 인공 슬관절.
