- 에폭시 주제 35~40 중량부, 에폭시 경화제 35~40 중량부, 내부이형제 0.5~1.2 중량부, 표면처리제 0.3~0.6 중량부, 수산화알루미늄 14~18 중량부, 수산화마그네슘 0.4~3.1 중량부, 멜라민 0.3~2.0 중량부 및 적인 3.0~4.0 중량부를 배합하여 제조된 에폭시수지조성물을 제조하고 상기 수지조성물에 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 또는 아라미드섬유 중 어느 하나를 함침한 후 인발성형하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 FRP제품
- 비닐에스터수지 65~75 중량부, 저온경화제 0.3~1.2 중량부, 고온경화제 0.2~1.0 중량부, 내부이형제 0.8~1.2 중량부, 표면처리제 0.3~0.6 중량부, 저수축제 0.8~2.0 중량부, 수산화알루미늄 16~20 중량부, 수산화마그네슘 0.4~3.1 중량부, 멜라민 0.3~2.0 중량부 및 적인 3.5~4.5 중량부를 배합하여 제조된 비닐에스터 수지조성물을 제조하고 상기 수지조성물에 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 또는 아라미드 섬유 중 어느 하나를 함침한 후 인발성형하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 FRP제품
- 우레탄수지 65~75 중량부, 저온경화제 0.3~1.2 중량부, 고온경화제 0.2~1.0 중량부, 내부이형제 0.8~1.2 중량부, 표면처리제 0.3~0.6 중량부, 저수축제 0.8~2.0 중량부, 수산화알루미늄 15~25 중량부, 수산화마그네슘 0.4~3.1 중량부, 멜라민 0.3~2.0 중량부 및 적인 3.0~4.0 중량부를 배합하여 제조된 우레탄수지조성물을 제조하고 상기 수지조성물에 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 또는 아라미드 섬유 중 어느 하나를 함침한 후 인발성형하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 FRP제품
