여기서 K : M/S 겔 상태 진단 인자이고, GDUST : 분진량[%]이고, GH2O : 수분량[%]이고, GCO2 : 이산화탄소량[%]이고, SDUST = ЭK/ЭGDUST : 분진량 민감도이고, SH2O = ЭK/ЭGH2O : 수분량의 민감도이고, SCO2 = ЭK/ЭGCO2 : 이산화탄소량의 민감도이다.
Claims (1)
- 연산장치(5)에 흡착기 후단으로 방출되는 미세먼지인 분진을 측정하기 위한 분진측정기(1), 흡착기 후단의 공기중에 함유된 수분량을 측정하기 위한 수분측정기(2), 흡착기 후단의 공기중에 함유된 이산화탄소량을 측정하기 위한 이산화탄소 분석기(3), 두대의 흡착기를 주기적으로 교대로 사용하도록 공기유동을 제어하는 ON/OFF 제어신호를 각각 발생하는 두대의 공기차단 제어신호발생기(4)로부터 측정되거나 생성된 신호들이 입력되게 구성하고, 또한 상기 연산장치(5)에는 연산처리결과를 표시하기 위한 모니터장치(6)와 흡착기 엠에스 겔의 진단결과 규정치를 벗어난 상태를 알리기 위한 경보장치(7)와 PC나 제어반과 같은 외부기기와의 접속을 위한 인터페이스장치(8)를 연결하여, 상기 연산장치(5)에서 상기 분진과 상기 수분량 및 상기 이산화탄소량의 측정 결과에 기초하여 아래 수식에 의한 연산 알고리즘을 수행하여 상기 흡착기의 엠에스 겔 상태를 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소공장 흡착기 엠에스 겔 진단장치.K(GDUST, GH2O, GCO2 )=SDUST*GDUST + SH2O*GH2O + SCO2*GCO2여기서 K : M/S 겔 상태 진단 인자이고, GDUST : 분진량[%]이고, GH2O : 수분량[%]이고, GCO2 : 이산화탄소량[%]이고, SDUST = ЭK/ЭGDUST : 분진량 민감도이고, SH2O = ЭK/ЭGH2O : 수분량의 민감도이고, SCO2 = ЭK/ЭGCO2 : 이산화탄소량의 민감도이다.
