Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 단위 셀로서 다수의 풀셀 또는 바이셀들이 긴 시트형의 분리필름에 의해 폴딩되어 있고 상기 단위 셀의 분리막과 폴딩용 분리필름이 열융착되어 있으며, 상기 열융착은 상기 셀의 양 측면에 행해진 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 중첩식 전기화학 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학 셀은 상기 분리필름이 단위셀들을 감쌀 수 있는 단위길이를 갖고, 단위 길이 마다 내측으로 꺾여서 중앙의 단위셀로부터 시작되어 최외각의 단위셀까지 연속하여 각각의 셀을 감싸는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학 셀은 상기 분리필름이 전기화학 셀을 감쌀 수 있는 단위 길이를 갖고, 단위 길이 마다 외측으로 꺾여서 첫 단의 단위셀로부터 시작되어 끝 단의 단위셀까지 연속하여 Z형으로 각각의 단위셀드를 폴딩하고, 여분의 분리필름이 중첩 셀의 외주부를 감싸는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 셀의 (i) 하단, 또는 (ii) 상단, 또는 (iii) 하단 및 상단에 열융착이 행해진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 셀의 (i) 하단, 또는 (ii) 상단, 또는 (iii) 하단 및 상단을 완전히 감싸는 크기의 분리막을 덧댄 후 열융착이 행해진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열융착은 70 내지 140℃의 온도에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 및 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전기화학 셀을 포함하고 있는 리튬 이차전지.
