Claims (7)
- 사각형의 합금강 후판을 인접하지 않은 두 변이 맞닿도록 원통 형상으로 벤딩하고 상기 두 변을 용접하여 예비성형체를 제작하는 단계;상기 용접된 예비성형체의 결함 여부를 검사하고, 결함이 있는 경우에는 상기 두 변을 재용접하는 단계;상기 예비성형체의 강도를 감소시키도록 상기 예비성형체를 구상화 열처리하는 단계;상기 예비성형체의 용접 비드를 제거하고, 상기 예비성형체의 전단부에 축선과 수직하도록 원형평판을 용접하는 단계; 및상기 예비성형체의 두께가 감소되도록 유동성형기를 이용하여 냉간 성형하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 합금강 후판은 20 내지 30mm의 두께를 가지는 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co) 합금강이고,상기 예비성형체를 열처리하는 단계는 상기 예비성형체에 대해서 가열 조건을 변화시키면서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 가열 조건은 서로 상이한 가열 온도 조건에서 서로 상이한 시간 동안 가열한 후 공냉하는 조건이고, 상기 가열 조건을 변화시키면서 열처리 하는 단계는 890~920℃에서 1.5~3시간 가열 후 공냉하는 제1단계와, 703~720℃에서 4~5시간 열처리 후 공냉하는 제2단계 및 640~650℃에서 5~6.5시간 열처리 후 공냉하는 제3단계를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 예비 성형체를 유동성형기를 이용하여 냉간 성형하는 단계는 상기 예비성형체를 맨드렐에 장착하고 상기 맨드렐을 회전시킴과 동시에 롤러를 축선 방향으로 가압시키면서 상기 맨드렐의 길이방향으로 이동시킴으로써 상기 예비성형체의 상기 두께 및 길이를 소성 변형하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기용 예비성형체 제조방법.
