Claims (11)
- 선택적으로 설치가능하며, 내부에 발효대상물이 적층되는 공간을 형성하면서 외부로부터 기밀이 유지되는 기밀막;상기 기밀막 내부에 배치되며 상기 발효대상물과 혼합되는 발효액이 수용되는 발효액수용부; 그리고상기 기밀막과 연통되는 중공기둥으로, 상기 기밀막 내부에서 생성된 바이오가스를 배출하는 가스배출부를 포함하는 바이오가스 생성기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기밀막은,외관을 형성하며 외부로부터 밀폐되는 외막;상기 외막의 저면부를 형성하며 그 일부가 지면에 대해 요입된 상태로 접하면서 상기 발효액수용부를 이루는 저막; 그리고상기 외막의 내측으로 일정 간격 이격되며 상기 발효대상물이 적층되는 공간을 형성하는 내막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.
- 제2항에 있어서,수증기를 차단하도록 상기 외막의 경사진 상부영역과 내막의 경사진 상부영역을 잇는 수증기 차단부와,상기 수증기 차단부에 의해 차단된 수증기가 이동하도록 상기 내막에 형성되는 수증기 이동공을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기밀막은 말려져서 보관되고 펼쳐지면서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 기밀막은 비닐소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 저막은 상기 발효액수용부로 갈수록 하향 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발효액수용부에 저장된 발효액을 상기 발효대상물에 분사하는 발효액분사부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 발효액수용부에는 기밀막의 저면으로부터 이동되는 발효액이 인입되어 상기 발효액탱크에 수용되도록 하는 인입공이 형성된 발효액탱크가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 발효액분사부는,상기 발효액탱크에 설치되는 흡입관;상기 흡입관으로부터 흡입된 발효액이 수용되는 상부탱크;상기 상부탱크에 수용된 발효액을 가열하는 히터; 그리고상기 가열된 발효액을 골고루 분사하는 분배기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발효대상물은 농업부산물인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스 생성기.
