상기 주스위칭부는, 컬렉터 단으로 상기 입력 전압이 인가되고, 베이스 단으로 상기 피드백 전류가 인가되는 제2 트랜지스터; 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 에미터 단과 베이스 단이 연결되어 있는 제3 트랜지스터; 컬렉터 단자가 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 베이스 단과 연결되어 있고, 애노드 단자가 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 베이스 단과 연결되어 있는 제2 다이오드; 상기 입력 전압이 인가되는 단자와 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 베이스 단 사이에 연결된 제3 저항; 및 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 베이스 단과 연결된 제3 다이오드를 포함한다.
