Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 반경방향으로 확장된 헤드, 단일의 변형부분 및 너트부분을 가진 블라인드 나사 인서트를 금속으로 제조하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법으로서,(a) 냉간성형 공정에 의해, 내부 나사산을 제외하고 상기 인서트를 적어도 부분적으로 형성하는 단계;(b) 상기 너트부분에 상기 내부 나사산을 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 설치시에 변형을 촉진하기 위하여, 길이의 대부분을 따라서 상기 너트부분의 경도보다 낮고 일정한 값의 경도값을 가지도록 상기 인서트의 상기 변형부분을 어닐링하는 단계;를 포함하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인서트의 상기 변형부분을 밴드 어닐링함으로써, 상기 변형부분에서 고 연성을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 밴드 어닐링은 상기 인서트의 고 연성이 필요한 부분으로부터 상기 인서트의 고 강도가 필요한 부분까지 제어된 경도 윤곽을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속은 저 탄소강인 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 내부 나사산을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 인서트의 상기 변형부분을 밴드 어닐링하는 단계의 순서를 교환함으로서 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
- 반경방향으로 확장된 헤드, 단일의 변형부분 및 너트부분을 가진 블라인드 나사 인서트를 금속으로 제조하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법으로서,(a) 냉간성형 공정에 의해, 내부 나사산을 제외하고 패스너를 적어도 부분적으로 형성하는 단계;(b) 길이의 대부분을 따라서 상기 너트부분의 경도보다 낮고 일정한 값의 경도값을 가지도록 상기 인서트의 상기 변형부분을 어닐링하는 단계;(c) 상기 너트부분에 상기 내부 나사산을 형성하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 너트부분의 적어도 일부를 고주파경화하는 단계;를 포함하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 내부 나사산을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 변형부분을 어닐링하는 단계의 순서를 교환함으로써 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 금속은 중탄소강인 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 또는 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,후의 표면처리 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 표면처리 단계는 전기도금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.

- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 내부 나사산을 형성하기 전에 단계(a)의 형성단계를 완료하는 단계를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 블라인드 나사 인서트의 제조방법.
