Claims (5)
- 자동차 에어컨디셔너용 가변용량 압축기의 냉매 토출유로에 고정되며, 중앙에 유입공이 형성된 밸브바디와;일측이 밀폐된 중공 파이프로 그 원주면에 유통공이 관통 형성되어, 상기 유입공을 수용하도록 상기 밸브바디에 체결되는 케이스와;상기 유통공에 마련되어 이물질을 여과시키는 필터와;상기 케이스 내부에 위치하여 상기 케이스의 내주면에 안내되어 이동에 따라 상기 유입공 및 유통공을 선택적으로 개폐시키는 밸브와;상기 케이스와 상기 밸브 사이에 압입 설치된 탄성체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 에어컨디셔너용 가변용량 압축기의 원웨이밸브.
- 자동차 에어컨디셔너용 가변용량 압축기의 냉매 토출유로에 고정되며, 중앙에 유입공이 형성된 밸브바디와;일측이 밀폐된 내측 파이프와, 상기 내측 파이프를 수용하는 외측 파이프로 이루어져, 상기 내측 파이프와 상기 외측 파이프를 연결하는 다수의 림에 의해 유통공이 형성되어, 상기 유입공을 수용하도록 상기 밸브바디에 체결되는 케이스와;상기 유통공에 마련되어 이물질을 여과시키는 필터와;상기 케이스 내부에 위치하여 상기 내측 파이프의 내주면에 안내되어 이동에 따라 상기 유입공을 선택적으로 개폐시키는 밸브와;상기 케이스와 상기 밸브 사이에 압입 설치된 탄성체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 에어컨디셔너용 가변용량 압축기의 원웨이밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 상기 케이스와 일체로 인서트 사출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 에어컨디셔너용 가변용량 압축기의 원웨이밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 케이스에는 플랜지부가 성형되어, 이 플랜지부를 통해 상기 밸브바디에 컬링(curling)으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 에어컨디셔너용 가변용량 압축기의 원웨이밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 케이스에는 상기 밸브의 상승에 따라 그 내부에서 발생하는 압력을 제거하기 위한 압력해제홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 에어컨디셔너용 가변용량 압축기의 원웨이밸브.
