Description
Claims (10)
- 양극 활물질로서 리튬 망간계 금속 산화물을 사용하고, 음극 활물질로서 중량비로 50% 이상의 난흑연화 탄소를 포함하는 비흑연계 탄소재료를 사용하며, 전해질의 용매로서 프로필렌 카르보네이트(PC) 또는 PC와 선형 카르보네이트의 혼합 용매를 사용하고, 리튬 비수계 전해질에 하기 화학식 1의 무기염을 전해질 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 20 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지:R4X+YFn - (1)상기 식에서,R 은 저급 알킬기이고;X 는 질소 또는 인이고;Y 는 붕소 또는 인이고;n 은 상기 X 및 Y의 선택에 따른 Y의 산화수(oxidation number)에 의해 4 또는 6이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 망간계 금속 산화물은, 화학식 Li1 + xMn2 - xO4 (여기서, x 는 0 ~ 0.33 임), LiMnO3, LiMn2O3, LiMnO2 등의 리튬 망간 산화물; 화학식 LiMn2-xMxO2 (여기서, M = Co, Ni, Fe, Cr, Zn 또는 Ta 이고, x = 0.01 ~ 0.1 임) 또는 Li2Mn3MO8 (여기서, M = Fe, Co, Ni, Cu 또는 Zn 임)으로 표현되는 리튬 망간 복 합 산화물; 또는 화학식의 Li 일부가 알칼리토금속 이온으로 치환된 LiMn2O4 인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 망간계 금속 산화물은 LiMn2O4, LiNi1 /2Mn1 /2O2 또는 LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 망간계 금속 산화물은 LiNi1 /3Mn1 /3Co1 /3O2인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 R 은 메틸 또는 에틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식의 무기염은 (CH3)4NBF4, (C2H5)4NBF4, (C2H5)4NPF6, (C2H5)4PBF4 및 (C2H5)4PPF6 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 고출력 대용량의 전지 또는 전지팩용 단위전지로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 전원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
