Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 결합돌기가 형성된 제1하우징과, 상기 제1하우징 내에 제1베어파이버가 설치되며 단부에 제1페룰헤드가 형성된 제1페룰부재를 구비한 제1유니트와;상기 제1하우징의 결합돌기와 끼움결합에 의해 결합될 수 있는 결합홈이 형성되어 상기 제1하우징과 결합되는 제2하우징과, 상기 제2하우징 내에 제2베어파이버가 설치되며 상기 제1페룰헤드와 밀착되는 제2페룰부재를 구비한 제2유니트와;상기 제2하우징 내에 고정수단에 의해 고정되며, 상기 제1페룰헤드와 제2페룰부재가 상호 인입되어 밀착되도록 중앙부가 통공되고, 결합수단에 의해 상기 제1페룰헤드와 결합되는 슬리브와;상기 슬리브내에서 상기 제1페룰헤드와 제2페룰부재가 이격되는 것을 방지하는 페룰이격 방지수단을 포함하고,상기 결합수단은상기 슬리브의 선단 내주면에 환형으로 돌출된 돌출턱과;상기 슬리브에 인입된 상기 제1페룰헤드가 상기 돌출턱에 걸리어 인출이 방지되도록 상기 제1페룰헤드의 선단에 단면적이 확장되어 형성된 걸림턱과;상기 제1페룰헤드의 인입 및 인출시 상기 슬리브의 내경이 탄성적으로 변경되도록 슬리브의 외면에 길이방향으로 형성된 슬릿으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1,2페룰부재는제1,2광섬유가 인입되도록 광섬유 삽입홀이 각각 관통 형성되고, 상기 제1,2광섬유의 인입측 상기 광섬유 삽입홀 테두리에는 상기 제1,2광섬유의 인입방향으로 형성된 일정 깊이의 쐐기홈이 형성된 제1,2페룰베이스와;상기 제1,2페룰베이스로부터 제1,2광섬유의 인입방향으로 연장되어 상기 제1,2광섬유의 제1,2베어파이버가 삽입되어 고정되며, 선단은 단면적이 확장 형성된 제1,2페룰헤드와;상기 제1,2페룰베이스의 쐐기홈에 끼워져 상기 광섬유 삽입홀에 삽입된 상기 제1,2광섬유의 외면을 가압하여 상기 제1,2광섬유를 상기 제1,2페룰베이스에 고정하는 쐐기부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광커넥터.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 페룰이격 방지수단은상기 제2하우징내에 마련되어 상기 제2페룰부재가 상기 제2하우징내에서 탄성적으로 슬라이딩되어 상기 슬리브에 인입된 제1페룰헤드에 탄성력에 의해 밀착되 도록 상기 제2페룰부재에 탄성력을 부여하는 탄성부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광커넥터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 슬리브내로 인입된 상기 제1페룰헤드를 고정하여 상기 제1,2페룰헤드의 밀착위치를 지정하도록 상기 슬리브 내면에 돌출되어 밀착되는 상기 제1,2페룰헤드의 테두리에 접촉되는 위치지정턱이 더 마련되고,상기 제1,2페룰헤드의 밀착면 테두리는 상기 위치지정턱의 형상에 대응되는 형상으로 절제되어 상기 제1,2페룰헤드의 밀착에 지장이 없도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광커넥터.
