Claims (8)
- 다수의 화소가 정의된 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판과;상기 제 1 기판과 마주보는 제 2 기판의 일면에 구성된 박막트랜지스터와;상기 박막트랜지스터와 연결되면서 상기 화소에 구성된 투명한 화소전극과;상기 제 2 기판과 마주보는 제 1 기판의 일면에 구성된 제 1 편광필름과;상기 제 1 편광필름의 하부에 구성된 보상 필름과;상기 보상 필름의 하부에 구성된 확산 필름과;상기 확산필름의 하부에 구성된 오버 코팅층과;상기 오버 코팅층의 하부에 구성된 블랙매트릭스와 적,녹,청색의 서브 컬러필터와;상기 블랙 매트릭스 및 서브 컬러필터의 하부에 구성된 투명한 공통전극과;상기 제 2 기판의 타면에 구성된 제 2 편광필름과;상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판 사이에 위치하는 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 트위스티드네마틱 액정으로 이루어진 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙매트릭스 및 컬러필터와 공통전극 사이에 절연층인 평탄화층이 더욱 구성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 확산필름과 오버 코팅층의 굴절률의 차이는 0.2 이상인 액정표시장치.
- 다수의 화소가 정의된 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판과;상기 제 1 기판과 마주보는 제 2 기판의 일면에 구성된 박막트랜지스터와;상기 박막트랜지스터와 연결되면서 상기 화소에 구성된 투명한 화소전극과;상기 제 2 기판과 마주보는 제 1 기판의 일면에 구성된 제 1 편광필름과;상기 제 1 편광필름의 하부에 구성된 보상 필름과;상기 보상필름의 하부에 구성된 블랙매트릭스와 적,녹,청색의 서브 컬러필터와;상기 블랙매트릭스 및 서브컬러필터의 하부에 구성된 확산 필름과;상기 확산필름의 하부에 구성된 오버 코팅층과;상기 오버코팅층의 하부에 구성된 투명한 공통전극과;상기 제 2 기판의 타면에 구성된 제 2 편광필름과;상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판 사이에 위치하는 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 다수의 화소가 정의된 기판과;상기 기판의 일면에 구성된 제 1 편광필름과;상기 제 1 편광필름의 상부에 구성된 보상 필름과;상기 보상 필름의 상부에 구성된 확산 필름과;상기 확산필름의 상부에 구성된 오버 코팅층과;상기 오버 코팅층의 상부에 구성된 블랙매트릭스와 적,녹,청색의 서브 컬러필터와;상기 블랙 매트릭스 및 서브 컬러필터의 상부에 구성된 투명한 공통전극을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 확산필름과 오버 코팅층의 굴절률의 차이는 0.2 이상인 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판.
- 다수의 화소가 정의된 기판과;상기 기판의 일면에 구성된 제 1 편광필름과;상기 제 1 편광필름의 상부에 구성된 보상 필름과;상기 보상필름의 상부에 구성된 블랙매트릭스와 적,녹,청색의 서브 컬러필터와;상기 블랙매트릭스 및 서브컬러필터의 상부에 구성된 확산 필름과;상기 확산필름의 상부에 구성된 오버 코팅층과;상기 오버코팅층의 상부에 구성된 투명한 공통전극을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판.
