Claims (3)
- 미생물 배양 원료 또는 각종 미생물을 이용한 액비 발효 원료를 수중에서 배양하기 위한 통상의 배양수조함(311)과, 이 배양수조함(311)의 하부에 각종 전장부품 및 기기장치를 수용하는 기계실(304)을 갖는 배양기에 있어서,상기 기계실(304)의 구동모터(M1)의 구동력을 매개로 회전 가능하게 지지되고, 내부에 쌀겨와 같은 건데기를 포함한 액비 원료를 수납 가능하고 이 액비 원료를 회전력을 이용하여, 발효 또는 분해되지 않는 건데기는 걸러주고, 배양 또는 발효 원료로부터 배양 또는 발효액은 상기 배양수조함(311) 내로 배출하여 취출하도록, 상기 배양수조함(311)의 내부에 배치된 회전 여과통(350)과,상기 회전 여과통(350)과 결합하는 상기 구동모터(M1)의 회전축(400)과 상기 배양수조함(311) 사이를 밀폐하도록 상기 배양수조함(311)의 저부에 밀폐 가능하게 접속된 밀폐 슬리브(315)를 포함하고,상기 구동모터(M1)의 회전축(400)은 하측에 전동풀리(323)가 부착되어 제2 구동모터(M2)의 구동풀리(321)와 전동벨트(V)를 매개로 정역 회전하면서, 상하방향으로 나사 이송 가능하도록 외측의 회전경통(401)과 내측의 다줄나선 구조의 이송스큐류(403)가 나사 결합되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배양기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전 여과통(350)은 상기 구동모터(M1)의 회전축(400)의 상부에 고정된 베이스 플레이트(340)에 탈부착 가능하게 탑재된 것을 특징으로 하는 배양기.
