Claims (12)
- 복수의 주사선, 복수의 데이터선 및 상기 주사선과 상기 데이터선의 교차 영역에 형성되는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 표시부; 및상기 표시부의 전방에 위치하고, 상기 데이터선의 길이 방향을 따라 복수의 영역으로 분할되는 베리어부를 포함하며,상기 베리어부는,상기 복수의 영역 각각에서 상기 주사선의 길이 방향을 따라 서로간 거리를 두고 형성되는 제1 전극들; 및절연층을 사이에 두고 상기 제1 전극들과 다른 층에 형성되며, 상기 복수의 영역 각각에서 상기 제1 전극들 사이에 위치하는 제2 전극들을 포함하고,상기 제1 전극들과 상기 제2 전극들의 일부가 상기 베리어부의 두께 방향을 따라 서로 중첩되어 위치하는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극들이 상기 주사선의 길이 방향을 따라 서로 마주하는 양 단부에 제1 확장부를 형성하여 상기 제1 확장부에서 상기 제2 전극들과 중첩되는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극의 폭이 상기 제1 전극들 사이의 간격보다 크게 형성되는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 영역 중 홀수번째 영역에 위치하는 제1 전극들과 짝수번째 영역에 위치하는 제1 전극들이 상기 데이터선의 길이 방향을 따라 서로 어긋나게 위치하는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 홀수번째 영역에 위치하는 제1 전극들은 상기 데이터선의 길이 방향을 따라 서로 나란하게 위치하고, 상기 짝수번째 영역에 위치하는 제1 전극들은 상기 데이터선의 길이 방향을 따라 서로 나란하게 위치하는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 영역 각각에서 상기 제1 전극들 사이로 상기 주사선의 길이 방향을 따라 배치되어 상기 제1 전극들을 연결하는 제1 전극용 연결전극을 포함하는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 영역 각각에서 상기 제1 전극들과 거리를 두고 상기 제1 전극들과 같은 층에 위치하는 제2 전극용 연결전극을 포함하는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2 전극용 연결전극이 금속막으로 형성되는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 절연층에 비아홀이 형성되고, 상기 제2 전극들이 상기 비아홀을 통해 상기 제2 전극용 연결전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 전극들이 상기 데이터선의 길이 방향을 따라 서로 마주하는 양 단부 중 적어도 일측 단부에 이웃 영역의 제1 전극들과 중첩되는 제2 확장부를 형성하는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 영역이 1/4 영역, 2/4 영역, 3/4 영역 및 4/4 영역을 포함하고,상기 1/4 영역, 상기 2/4 영역 및 상기 3/4 영역에 위치하는 제2 전극들이 일측 단부에 각각 상기 2/4 영역, 상기 3/4 영역 및 상기 4/4 영역에 위치하는 제1 전극들과 중첩되는 제2 확장부를 형성하는 전자 영상 기기.
- 제1항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 복수의 영역이 1/4 영역, 2/4 영역, 3/4 영역 및 4/4 영역을 포함하고,상기 2/4 영역, 상기 3/4 영역 및 상기 4/4 영역에 위치하는 제2 전극들의 일측 단부는 각각 상기 1/4 영역, 상기 2/4 영역 및 상기 3/4 영역의 제1 전극들과 갭을 두지 않고 이웃하게 위치하는 전자 영상 기기.
