Claims (5)
- 압력배관에 형성된 균열을 통해 누출된 가스압력을 2차적으로 밀봉하는 기밀구조를 구비한 이중배관에 있어서,상기 압력배관의 외주면에서 소정간격으로 이격되어, 상기 압력배관을 둘러싸며, 제 1 이탈방지홈이 일단에 형성되어 있는 이중배관;과상기 기밀구조의 끝단에 위치되며, 제 2 이탈방지홈이 일측부에 형성된 엔드캡;과상기 엔드캡의 측부에 결합되며, 누출된 가스압력에 의해 압압되어, 상기 압력배관의 외주면을 압박하여 밀봉시키는 탄성체;와상기 탄성체의 측부에 결합되어 상기 엔드캡과 함께 상기 탄성체가 고정되도록 지지하며, 누출된 가스압력의 일부가 상기 이중배관의 밖으로 유출되도록 상기 이중배관의 끝단 사이에 소정의 압력유출구가 형성되도록 위치하는 플렌지; 및상기 이중배관에 형성된 제 1 이탈방지홈에 일단부가 내삽되고, 상기 엔드캡에 형성된 제 2 이탈방지홈에는 타단부가 내삽되어 결합되며, 상기 압력유출구를 통해 상기 이중배관의 밖으로 유출된 가스압력이 유입될 공간을 형성하는 하우징을 포함하는 압력배관을 2차적으로 밀봉하는 기밀구조가 구비된 이중배관.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이중배관과 엔드캡 및 하우징은, 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력배관을 2차적으로 밀봉하는 기밀구조가 구비된 이중배관.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압력유출구는, 원주방향으로 45°의 간격으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력배관을 2차적으로 밀봉하는 기밀구조가 구비된 이중배관.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 탄성체는, 상기 압력유출구를 통해 유출된 가스압력이 크기에 비례하여, 상기 압력배관을 밀봉하는 압박력의 세기가 높아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력배관을 2차적으로 밀봉하는 기밀구조가 구비된 이중배관.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 탄성체는, 탄성력을 가진 고무재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력배관을 2차적으로 밀봉하는 기밀구조가 구비된 이중배관.
