- 워크에 부품을 조립 부착하는 복수의 공정을 포함하는 메인 작업을 행하는 메인 작업자를, 상기 메인 작업의 보조 공정을 행하는 설비인 복수의 고정된 스테이션을 돌도록 상기 워크와 함께 이동시키는 셀 생산 설비에 있어서,상기 워크를 보유 지지하는 워크 보유 지지부와, 상기 워크 보유 지지부에 보유 지지된 상기 워크에 대해 작업 가능한 상태에서 상기 메인 작업자를 승차시킬 수 있는 탑승부를 구비하고 있는 동시에, 주행 상태를 제어하는 주행 제어 장치를 구비하고, 상기 복수의 스테이션을 도는 미리 정한 주행 루트 상에 있어서 자동 주행하는 복수의 메인 대차와,상기 메인 작업에 필요한 지그를 상기 메인 대차로 전달하는 메인 서브 위치(main serve position)와, 상기 메인 대차로부터 상기 지그를 받는 메인 리시브 위치(main receive position) 사이에 있어서, 상기 메인 리시브 위치에 배치된 상기 지그를 상기 메인 서브 위치로 이송하는 상기 스테이션의 일종인 메인 이송 장치를 갖고,상기 주행 루트는 완성된 상기 워크를 상기 메인 대차로부터 반출하는 워크 반출 위치가 스타트 위치에 연결되는 주위 루트가 되고,상기 복수의 메인 대차는 반복해서 상기 주위 루트를 주행하고,상기 메인 이송 장치는 상기 메인 서브 위치와 상기 메인 리시브 위치 사이에 있어서 이동 가능한 메인 적재대를 갖고,상기 메인 적재대는 상기 메인 서브 위치로부터 상기 메인 리시브 위치로의 이동에 수반하여 에너지를 비축하는 에너지 비축 수단과, 상기 에너지 비축 수단에 비축된 에너지를 상기 메인 적재대의 상기 메인 리시브 위치로부터 상기 메인 서브 위치로의 이동력으로 변환하는 이동력 변환 수단을 갖고 있고,상기 메인 서브 위치로부터 상기 메인 리시브 위치까지는 상기 메인 대차와 연결 상태가 되어 동기하여 이동하는 동시에 상기 에너지 비축 수단에 에너지를 비축하고, 상기 메인 리시브 위치에 있어서 상기 메인 대차와의 연결 상태가 해제됨으로써 상기 에너지 비축 수단에 비축된 에너지를 상기 이동력 변환 수단에 의해 변환한 이동력에 의해 상기 메인 적재대가 상기 메인 서브 위치로 복귀되어 대기하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 생산 설비.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 메인 적재대는 상기 메인 서브 위치로부터 상기 메인 리시브 위치에 근접함에 따라서 높이가 높아지도록 경사진 경사 궤도 상을 이동 가능하게 배치되어 있고,상기 메인 서브 위치로부터 상기 메인 리시브 위치까지는 상기 메인 대차와 연결 상태가 되어 동기하여 이동하고,상기 메인 리시브 위치에 있어서 상기 메인 대차와의 연결 상태가 해제됨으로써, 상기 메인 적재대의 자중에 의해 상기 경사 궤도를 따라서 이동하여 상기 메인 서브 위치로 복귀되어 대기하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 생산 설비.

- 제5항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 또한, 상기 메인 작업에 필요한 지그를 준비하는 서브 작업을 행하는 서브 작업자를 탑승시키는 복수의 서브 대차를 갖고,상기 메인 대차와 상기 서브 대차 사이에서 지그의 전달이 가능하도록 상기 복수의 메인 대차와 동수(同數)의 상기 서브 대차가 상기 메인 대차에 각각 대응하여 상기 메인 대차와 상기 서브 대차를 병주(倂走)시키도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 생산 설비.
- 제17항에 있어서, 또한, 상기 서브 작업에 필요한 상기 지그를 상기 서브 대차로 전달하는 서브 서브 위치(sub serve position)와, 상기 서브 대차로부터 상기 지그를 받는 서브 리시브 위치(sub receive position) 사이에 있어서, 상기 서브 리시브 위치에 배치된 상기 지그를 상기 서브 서브 위치로 이송하는 상기 스테이션의 일종인 서브 이송 장치를 갖고,상기 서브 대차로의 상기 지그의 공급 작업 중 적어도 일부를 상기 서브 이송 장치를 거쳐서 행할 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 생산 설비.
