- 제 35 항에 있어서,상기 콘트롤(118)은 마이크로컴퓨터에 연결되어 있고, 상기 마이크로컴퓨터는 사용자 선택 작동 모드에 대응하는 시간에 맞게 사전선택된 목표에 대해서 상기 RF 발생 모듈, 상기 상부 모듈(132) 및 상기 하부 모듈(134)을 작동시키도록 프로그램되어 있는오븐.
- 제 35 항에 있어서,상기 캐비티(128)에 근접한 기류용 공기 덕트와, 상기 덕트를 통해 기류를 발생시키기 위한 팬과, 상기 덕트와 유체 연통되는 서미스터(thermistor; 362)를 더 포함하며;상기 서미스터는 상기 콘트롤(118)과 연결되고, 캐비티 온도를 나타내는 출력 신호를 생성하도록 구성되며, 상기 콘트롤은 상기 서미스터 출력 신호를 근거하여 온도 값을 생성하도록 구성되며, 또한 상기 팬에 에너지가 가해지는지 여부에 근거하여 상기 온도 값으로의 조정을 결정하도록 구성되는오븐.
- 제 35 항에 있어서,상기 요리 캐비티(128)와 열적으로 연통되는 서미스터(362)를 더 포함하며, 상기 서미스터는 상기 콘트롤(118)에 연결되고, 상기 콘트롤은 상기 캐비티가 급속요리 사이클의 개시시에 선택된 온도 이상인가를 결정하도록 프로그램되어 있으며, 상기 캐비티가 급속요리 사이클의 개시시에 상기 선택된 온도 이상이면 상기 상부 모듈(132) 및 상기 하부 모듈(134)중 적어도 하나의 에너지 인가를 조정하는오븐.
- 제 35 항에 있어서,급속요리 모드에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤은 상기 상부 모듈(132), 상기 하부 모듈(134) 및 상기 RF 발생 모듈에 선택적으로 에너지를 가하도록 작동가능한오븐.
- 제 42 항에 있어서,상기 급속요리 모드에 있어서 적어도 상기 할로겐 램프에 선택적으로 에너지를 가하는오븐.
