Claims (11)
- 양성자와 H2 18O의 핵반응에 의하여 F-18을 생산하기 위한 표적장치에 있어서,중앙부가 관통된 사각링 형상으로서, 상기 중앙부에 상기 H2 18O가 수용되고, 외경부에서 상기 중앙부까지 상하방향으로 관통하는 관통홀이 구비된 프레임과;상기 중앙부의 측면에 구비되어 상기 중앙부를 밀폐하는 박판과;상기 중앙부의 내벽에서 중심방향으로 돌출되어 형성되되, 그 단면이 T자 형상을 이루어 상기 박판의 변형을 억제하는 지지부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지지부는 상기 관통홀을 중심으로 대칭적으로 구비되되, 상기 지지부의 단부가 상기 관통홀에서 이격되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지지부는 니오븀(Nb) 또는 티타늄(Ti) 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 프레임은 양 측면에 내측으로 함몰된 단턱이 형성되고, 상기 단턱에 연장된 평탄면이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 박판은 상기 평탄면에 용접되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 프레임과 상기 박판은 니오븀(Nb) 또는 티타늄(Ti) 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 프레임과 상기 박판의 사이에는 링 형상의 실(seal)부재가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 실(seal)부재는 폴리에틸렌(PE) 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 박판의 외부에는 다수개의 관통공이 형성된 디스크 형태의 격자구조체가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 지지구조를 가지는 F-18 생산 표적장치.
