Claims (18)
- 헥산류, 벤젠류, 톨루엔류, 크실렌류, 디에틸 에테류류, 클로로폼류, 에틸아세테이트류, 다이옥산류, 테트로하이드로퓨란(THF)류, 다이클로로메탄(DCM)류, 아세톤류, 아세토니트릴류, 디메틸포름아마이드(DMF)류, 디메틸설폭사이드(DMSO)류, 아세틱에시드류, N-부타놀 류, 이소프로파놀(IPA)류, N-프로파놀류, 에타롤류, 메타놀류, 포르믹에시드류, 사이클로헥사논, 프로필렌아세테이트, 스티렌류, 스티렌부타디엔류 등의 유기용매를 단독으로 또는 2 이상을 혼합하여 비드에 분사하는 공정(제 1공정),상기 유기용매가 도포된 비드에 알카리토금속산화물, 산화마그네슘, 아연, 아연산화물을 단독으로 또는 이들 물질을 혼합한 난연성물질을 분사하여 점착시키는 공정(제2공정),제2공정을 거친 비드에 규산소다계 바인더를 분사하여 코팅시키는 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는,난연성 폴리스티렌 비드를 제조하는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,유기용매는 톨루엔, 스티렌, 크실렌 중에서 하나 또는 혼합사용하고 비드에 분사하는 사용량은 비드 100중량부에 0.1-1.2 중량부이고,난연성물질은 알카리토금속산화물 또는 아연 또는 아연산화물이거나 이들의 혼합물이고 난연성물질의 사용량은 비드 100중량부에 2.5-7.5 중량부이고,규산소다계 바인더의 사용량은 1회 코팅시에 비드 100량부에 1.5-5 중량부이고 코팅회수는 1회 내지 6회인 것을 특징으로 하는,난연성 폴리스티렌 비드를 제조하는 방법
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 의하여 제조된 난연성 폴리스티렌 비드
- 청구항 4은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 3항에 의하여 제조된 난연성 폴리스티렌 비드를 발포, 성형, 융착 과정을 통한 난연성 스티로폼을 제조하는 방법.
- 청구항 5은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 4항에 의하여 제조된 난연성 스티로폼
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,규산소다계 바인더는 20-45% 탈산칼륨 수용액 100중량부에 탈산칼슘이 50-130중량부 첨가되어 용해된 것으로 구성한 내수성 촉진제를 규산소다 100중량부에 1-200중량부 첨가된 내수성 규산소다 바인더인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리스티렌 비드 제조방법
- 제 6항에 의하여 제조된 난연성 폴리스티렌 비드
- 청구항 8은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 7항에 의하여 제조된 난연성 폴리스티렌 비드를 발포, 성형, 융착 과정을 통한 난연성 스티로폼을 제조하는 방법.

- 헥산류, 벤젠류, 톨루엔류, 크실렌류, 디에틸 에테류류, 클로로폼류, 에틸아세테이트류, 다이옥산류, 테트로하이드로퓨란(THF)류, 다이클로로메탄(DCM)류, 아세톤류, 아세토니트릴류, 디메틸포름아마이드(DMF)류, 디메틸설폭사이드(DMSO)류, 아세틱에시드류, N-부타놀 류, 이소프로파놀(IPA)류, N-프로파놀류, 에타롤류, 메타놀류, 포르믹에시드류, 사이클로헥사논, 프로필렌아세테이트, 스티렌류, 스티렌부타디엔류 등의 유기용매에 또는 상기 유기용매를 2 이상 혼합한 용액에 비드를 중량비 1 : 0.05-0.3 (유기용매 : 비드)으로 혼합하여 용해시킨 용액(이하 혼합용액)을 제조하는 공정(제 1공정)상기 혼합용액을 비드에 분사하는 공정(제 2공정),상기 혼합용액이 도포된 비드에 알카리토금속산화물, 산화마그네슘, 아연, 아연산화물을 단독으로 또는 이들 물질을 혼합한 난연성물질을 분사하여 점착시키는 공정(제 3공정),제 3공정을 거친 비드에 규산소다계 바인더를 분사하여 코팅시키는 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는,난연성 폴리스티렌 비드를 제조하는 방법
- 제 10항에 있어서,혼합용액 제조시 유기용매는 톨루엔, 스티렌, 크실렌 중에서 하나 또는 혼합사용하고,상기 혼합용액을 비드에 분사할 때 사용량은 비드 100중량부에 0.25-1.25 중량부이고,난연성물질은 알카리토금속산화물 또는 아연 또는 아연산화물이거나 이들의 혼합물이고 난연성물질의 사용량은 비드 100중량부에 2.5-7.5 중량부이고,규산소다계 바인더의 사용량은 1회 코팅시에 비드 100량부에 1.5-5 중량부이고 코팅회수는 1회 내지 6회인 것을 특징으로 하는,난연성 폴리스티렌 비드를 제조하는 방법
