- 제1항에 있어서,상기 A가 1-플루오로-2-페닐비닐, 1-플루오로-2-(4-플루오로페닐)비닐, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로-2-페닐프로펜-1-일, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로-2-(4-플루오로페닐)프로 펜-1-일, 1-플루오로-2-(4-메틸페닐)비닐, 1-플루오로-2-(4-클로로페닐)비닐, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로-2-(4-클로로페닐)프로펜-1-일, 6-클로로벤즈옥사졸일 또는 4-시아노-2-플루오로페닐이고,D가 2-플루오로페닐, 5-클로로-2-벤즈옥사졸일, 1-메틸-2-벤즈이미다졸일, 2-벤즈티아졸일, 6-클로로-2-벤즈티아졸일, 6-플루오로-2-벤즈티아졸일, 6-메틸-2-벤즈티아졸일, 6-메톡시-2-벤즈티아졸일, 5-클로로-2-벤즈옥사졸일, 1,3-디메틸-5-피라졸일, 2-티아졸일, 4-메틸-2-피리딘일, 2-피라진일, 또는 5-클로로-2-피리딘일이며, 단, A가 클로로벤즈옥사졸일일 경우 D는 플루오로페닐이 아니며,R1이 H 또는 메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광활성 (R)-알릴옥시프로피온산 아마이드 화합물.

- 제4항에 있어서,상기 반응을 유기염기 존재 하에 -10℃ 내지 100℃의 온도 범위에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광활성 (R)-알릴옥시프로피온산 아마이드 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 반응을 무기 또는 유기염기 존재 하에 20℃ 내지 150℃의 온도 범위에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광활성 (R)-알릴옥시프로피온산 아마이드 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항의 화학식 1의 광활성 (R)-알릴옥시프로피온산 아마이드 화합물을 활성성분으로 포함하는 제초제 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 농약의 제제화에 사용될 수 있는 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제초제 조성물.
