Abstract
본 발명은 금연 보조용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물 및 그 제조방법은 말린 인삼근 5～8 중량%, 말린 천문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 황련근 5～8 중량%, 말린 용담근 5～8 중량%, 말린 치자나무 열매 5～8 중량%, 말린 맥문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 지모근 5～8 중량%, 말린 감초근 5～8 중량%, 말린 황금근 8～11 중량%. 말린 시호근 11～14 중량% 및 말린 석창포 16～22 중량%을 혼합한 혼합물의 용매 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물은 복용에 의한 부작용이나 해가 거의 없고 흡연에 의한 담배 맛을 저하시키면서 금연에 의한 일시적인 금단현상을 제거할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

Description
본 발명은 금연 보조용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종래 한방에서 약재로 사용되어 안정성이 입증되어 왔던 11가지의 특정 한약재를 선정하고, 상기 선정된 한약재를 복용하기에 적합한 추출물로 제조함으로써, 복용에 의한 부작용이나 해가 거의 없고 흡연에 의한 담배 맛을 저하시키면서 금연에 의한 일시적인 금단현상을 제거할 수 있는 금연 보조용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
우리나라에서 담배는 남녀 성인의 기호품으로 많이 애용되고 있는 실정이다.
일반적으로 담배에는 니코틴, 타르, 일산화 탄소 등 각종 독성 물질과 20여 가지의 발암 물질이 들어 있는 것으로 알려져 있는데, 이중 일산화 탄소는 혈액의 산소 운반을 방해하고 신진대사에 장애를 주어 조기 노화현상을 일으킬 수 있으며, 니코틴은 말초 혈관을 수축하여 혈압을 높이기 때문에 각성 효과를 제공하기도 하지만 동맥경화증과 소화기계통에 궤양을 유발하고, 특히 중독성을 유발하여 금연을 어렵게 하며, 타르는 폐로 축적되면 체외로 배출되지 않아 각종 폐질환을 일으키는 주요 원인으로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있다.
구체적으로 흡연 폐해에 의한 질환으로는 의학적으로 폐암뿐만 아니라 구강, 후두, 식도, 방광, 신장, 위, 췌장, 그리고 자궁경부 등 많은 암 질환과 심혈관질환 및 만성폐쇄성폐질환 등의 주요 원인으로 보고되고 있다.
하지만, 최근에는 청소년을 비롯하여 흡연 연령이 점차 낮아지고 담배로 인한 흡연의 폐해가 많이 알려지기 시작하면서, 담배에 대한 경각심이 고취되어 금연 열풍이 일고 있다.
그러나, 앞서 설명하였다시피, 니코틴에 의해 담배 중독에 걸린 흡연자들은 금연을 시도한다고 해도 금단현상(禁斷現象)에 의해 중도에 포기하는 사례가 많은 실정이다.
구체적으로 흡연에 의한 금단현상은 흡연자가 담배 속에 있는 니코틴 등에 의해 중독된 후, 흡연을 중단하였을 때, 일어나는 정신, 신체상의 증상을 말하는 것으로, 일반적으로 신체증상으로는 재채기, 가래, 가려움증, 두통, 변비, 설사, 구토 등이 나타나고, 정신상의 증상으로는 불면증, 통증, 불안, 허탈감, 집중력 감소, 환각, 망상, 흡연 욕구 증가 따위의 증상이 나타나는 것으로 알려져 있다.
이에, 본 발명자는 금연 시, 금단현상 및 흡연 욕구를 완화하고 담배 맛은 오히려 저하시켜서, 궁극적으로 흡연자의 금연을 원활하게 이루어지게 하면서, 독성이나 부작용은 거의 없는 안정한 금연 보조용 조성물을 개발하고자 하였다.
하지만, 인삼, 천문동, 황련, 용담, 치자 열매, 맥문동, 지모근, 감초, 황금, 시호 및 석창포의 혼합 추출물이 본 발명에서 개발하고자 하는 금연 보조용 조 성물로 금단현상을 완화하는데 사용되었다는 문헌이나 자료는 아직 개시된 바가 없다.
본 발명의 목적은 인삼, 천문동, 황련, 용담, 치자 열매, 맥문동, 지모근, 감초, 황금, 시호 및 석창포의 혼합 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유한 금연 보조용 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 상기 금연 보조용 조성물의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 말린 인삼근 5～8 중량%, 말린 천문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 황련근 5～8 중량%, 말린 용담근 5～8 중량%, 말린 치자나무 열매 5～8 중량%, 말린 맥문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 지모근 5～8 중량%, 말린 감초근 5～8 중량%, 말린 황금근 8～11 중량%. 말린 시호근 11～14 중량% 및 말린 석창포 16～22 중량%을 혼합한 혼합물의 용매 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 금연 보조용 조성물을 제공한다.
또한, 다른 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 말린 인삼근 5～8 중량%, 말린 천문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 황련근 5～8 중량%, 말린 용담근 5～8 중량%, 말린 치자나무 열매 5～8 중량%, 말린 맥문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 지모 근 5～8 중량%, 말린 감초근 5～8 중량%, 말린 황금근 8～11 중량%. 말린 시호근 11～14 중량% 및 말린 석창포근 16～22 중량%을 혼합한 혼합물을 물 또는 알코올의 용매에 넣고 가열하여 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금연 보조용 조성물의 제조방법을 제공한다.
이하, 본 발명을 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
이때, 여기서 사용되는 기술 용어 및 과학 용어에 있어서 다른 정의가 없다면, 이 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 통상적으로 이해하고 있는 의미를 가진다.
또한, 종래와 동일한 기술적 구성 및 작용에 대한 반복되는 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
본 발명은 종래 한방에서 약재로 사용되어 안정성이 입증되어 왔던 11가지의 특정 한약재를 선정하고, 상기 선정된 한약재를 복용하기에 적합한 추출물로 제조함으로써, 복용에 의한 부작용이나 해가 거의 없고 흡연에 의한 담배 맛을 저하시키면서 금연에 의한 일시적인 금단현상을 제거할 수 있는 금연 보조용 조성물을 개발한 것이다.
본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물은 복용하기 간편하면서 거부감을 없애기 위해, 말린 인삼근, 말린 천문동 덩이뿌리, 말린 황련근, 말린 용담근, 말린 치자나무 열매, 말린 맥문동 덩이뿌리, 말린 지모근, 말린 감초근, 말린 황금근. 말린 시호근 및 말린 석창포로 이루어지는 11가지 혼합물을 추출 용매를 사용하여 금연 성분을 추출한 추출물을 사용한다.
이때, 추출 용매로는 물 또는 메탄올이나 에탄올 등의 알코올을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 상술한 물과 알코올과 같이 인체에는 무해하거나 해를 최소화할 수 있는 추출 용매를 사용함으로써, 인체에 안정하면서 상기 추출물에서 인체에 유해한 잔존 용매의 추가 제거 공정을 불필요하게 할 수 있기 때문이다.
하지만, 본 발명에 따른 한약재 추출물은 상술한 추출 용매에 의해 국한되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 목적에 부합되는 추출 용매라면 그 어느 것을 사용해도 무방하다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 물은 보건부 기준하여 음용 기준에 적합한 물을 말하는 것으로, 일반적으로 여과기나 정수기 등으로 여과시킨 정제수, 멸균수, 음이온수 등의 물이나 수돗물, 생수 등을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 말린 한약재는 자연상태에서 말리거나 인위적인 건조기에서 말린 한약재를 말하며, 구체적으로 말리는 건조기간 동안 약재의 총중량이 6% 이내로 변동되지 않는 상태로 말린 한약재를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에서 덩이뿌리는 괴근(塊根)이라고도 하며, 뿌리가 양분을 저장하기 위해 뚱뚱해 진 것을 말한다.
본 발명에서 추출물의 형태는 액체(液體) 또는 고체(固體)일 수 있으며, 고체일 경우에는 본 발명에 따른 혼합 약재를 용매 추출한 추출액을 열풍 건조, 진공 건조 또는 분무 건조하여 제조한 것을 말한다. 다만, 본 발명의 조성물은 약효의 신속성이나 복용의 편리성 측면에서 액체 상태의 추출물로 복용하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 11종의 한약재는 한방에서 일반적으로 보약재에 사용되는 약재로서 각각 독성 및 부작용이 없는 약재이고 상기 11종으로 혼합된 약재 사이에는 혼합 사용이 금기시되는 약재들이 없기 때문에, 한방 학계에서는 안정성이 입증된 자명한 사항이라 할 수 있다.
이중, 본 발명에서 말린 인삼근(人蔘根)은 학명이 Panax schinseng Nees이고, 한방에서는 강장, 강심(强心), 건위(健胃), 보정, 진정, 자양에 사용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조 조성물에서는 상술한 효능 이외에 금연으로 인한 불안감과 스트레스 등으로 인하여 쇠해진 기력과 체력을 감초, 황련 및 천문동 등의 약재와 함께 활성화시켜 주는 역할을 한다.
말린 천문동(天門冬) 덩이뿌리는 학명이 Aspargus lucidus Lindl이고, 한방에서는 진해, 이뇨, 강장제로 이용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 황금, 치자, 용담 및 맥문동과 함께 이뇨를 촉진하여 소변으로 니코틴 등의 흡연 노폐물을 체내에서 신속히 배출되게 하는 역할을 한다.
말린 황련근(黃連根))는 학명이 Jeffersonia dubia (Maxim)benth, et Hook,f이고, 한방에서는 건위, 진정, 소염에 사용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 기력 증진뿐만 아니라 석청포, 인삼 등과 함께 금연으로 인한 정신불안, 긴장 등의 금단 증상 및 흡연으로 인한 소화불량을 완화시켜 주는 역할을 한다.
말린 용담근(龍膽根))은 학명이 Gentiana scabra Beg이고, 한방에서는 건위, 혈압강하 및 이뇨에 이용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 이뇨 작용으로 체외로 흡연 유해 물질을 신속히 배출되게 하면서, 혈압을 강하하여 긴장감을 해소 해소하는 역할을 한다.
말린 치자 열매는 학명이 Gradenia jasminoides Ellis이고 잘 익은 열매를 건조하여 사용하는데, 한방에서는 이뇨, 열독, 갈증해소, 불면증에 사용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 이뇨 작용으로 인한 흡연 노폐물을 제거하고 불면의 금단현상을 완화해주는 역할을 한다.
말린 맥문동(麥門冬) 덩이뿌리는 학명이 Liriope platyphylla wang et Tang이고, 한방에서는 자양, 강장, 이뇨 및 혈당강하에 사용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 혈당 강하로 인해 긴장이나 스트레스를 완화하고 니코틴의 유해 물질을 체외로 신속히 배출해 주는 역할을 한다.
말린 지모근(知母根)은 학명이 Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge이고, 한방에서는 갈증제거, 기침 및 가래 제거에 사용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 흡연으로 인한 가래를 제거하고 갈증으로 인한 심리적 불안 증세를 낮추어 금단현상을 완화해 주는 역할을 한다.
말린 감초근(甘草根)은 학명이 Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch이고, 동의보감 등의 한방에서는 오장육부의 한열(寒熱)과 사기(邪氣)를 다스리며 눈, 코, 입 및 귀와 대소변의 생리 현상을 정상이 되게 하고, 모든 혈맥을 소통시키며, 근육과 뼈를 튼튼하게 하고, 영양 상태를 좋게 하면서, 모든 약의 독성을 해독하고, 조합된 한약재 간의 약효를 잘 나타나게 하는데 사용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 감미(甘味)를 제공하여 복용하기 용이하게 하면서 사용하고 있는 다른 약재 간의 효능이 잘 나타나게 해 주는 역할을 한다.
말린 황금근(黃芩根)은 학명이 Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi이고, 한방에서는 해열, 이뇨, 지사, 이담 및 소염제로 사용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 이뇨 작용으로 니코틴을 체외로 신속히 배출시키는 역할을 주로 한다.
말린 시호근(柴胡根)은 학명이 Bupleurum Komarovianum L이고, 한방에서 해열, 진통, 강장제에 이용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 금단현상으로 나타나는 진통을 완화하고 신진대사를 원활하게 해주는 역할을 한다.
말린 석창포(石菖蒲)는 뿌리와 줄기를 사용하고, 학명이 Acorus gramineus Soland이고, 한방에서는 진정, 건위, 진통, 이뇨, 발열, 안면홍조, 의식몽롱상태, 호흡촉박, 의식장애 등에 사용한다. 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에서는 특히 금단현상으로 인한 무기력증 해소나 과도한 스트레스를 진정시키는 역할을 한다.
이때, 본 발명에서는 전체 혼합물 100 중량% 기준으로 인삼근 5～8 중량%, 말린 천문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 황련근 5～8 중량%, 말린 용담근 5～8 중량%, 말린 치자나무 열매 5～8 중량%, 말린 맥문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 지모근 5～8 중량%, 말린 감초근 5～8 중량%, 말린 황금근 8～11 중량%. 말린 시호근 11～14 중량% 및 말린 석창포 16～22 중량%을 혼합한 혼합물을 물에 넣고 추출 용매로 추출하는데, 이는 인삼, 천문동, 황련, 용담, 치자 열매, 맥문동, 지모, 감초의 경우에는 동일한 양으로 최소 5 중량%를 혼합하여 다리고, 황금은 8 중량%, 시호는 11 중량% 및 석창포는 16 중량%를 사용해야 상술한 효능이 충분히 나타나고, 인삼, 천문동, 황련, 용담, 치자 열매, 맥문동, 지모, 감초를 8 중량% 초과하여 사용하거나 황금은 11 중량%, 시호는 14 중량% 및 석창포는 22 중량%를 초과하여 사 용할 경우에는 다른 약재를 충분하게 사용할 수 없기 때문이다.
그리고, 상술한 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물에 복용하기 편리하고 안정성을 개선하기 위해, 식품이나 약제학적으로 허용된 감미제(甘味劑), 향미제(香味劑), 부형제(賦形劑) 및 방부제(防腐劑) 등을 더 첨가하여 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
구체적으로 상기 부형제의 경우에는 염수, 완충제, 덱스트로스, 물, 글리세롤, 링거액, 락토즈, 수크로즈, 칼슘 실리케이트, 메틸 셀룰로오즈 또는 에탄올을 담체를 사용하여 분말, 과립, 주사액, 시럽, 용액제, 정제, 좌약 등과 같은 의약(medicine) 제형으로 제조할 수 있다. 그리고, 상기 제형에 충진제, 항응집제, 윤활제, 습윤제, 향료, 유화제, 방부제 등을 추가로 포함하여 포유동물에 투여된 후 활성성분의 신속, 지속 또는 지연된 방출을 제공할 수 있도록 제형화할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물을 제조하는 바람직한 공정은 다음과 같다.
(1) 추출 공정
말린 인삼근 5～8 중량%, 말린 천문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 황련근 5～8 중량%, 말린 용담근 5～8 중량%, 말린 치자나무 열매 5～8 중량%, 말린 맥문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 지모근 5～8 중량%, 말린 감초근 5～8 중량%, 말린 황금근 8～11 중량%. 말린 시호근 11～14 중량% 및 말린 석창포 16～22 중량%을 혼합한 혼합물을 물 또는 알코올의 추출 용매에 넣고 가열하여 추출한다.
이때, 본 발명에서는 상기 약재 혼합물 1g을 추출 용매 20～40㎖에 넣고 가열하는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 20㎖ 미만으로 추출하면 가열하면서 용매가 감소되어 충분히 오랜 시간 동안 다릴 수가 없고, 40㎖를 초과하면 유효성분의 농도가 낮아지기 때문이다. 하지만, 본 발명에서는 상술한 사용 범위 내로 국한되는 것은 아니며, 복용자의 취향에 따라 유효 성분의 농도를 조절하여 약재 혼합물과 추출 용매의 사용 범위를 조절할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에서는 추출 용매가 물인 경우, 온도가 약 20～25℃의 물에 약재 혼합물을 1～2 시간 정도 담가놓은 다음, 가열하여 물이 끓으면 가열 수단(가스불, 전열기 등)의 온도를 낮추고 처음 첨가했던 물의 양이 약 40%까지 줄어들 때까지 서서히 다리는 것이 바람직하다. 구체적으로는 약 5시간 이상을 다리는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 지속적인 높은 온도 조건에서 파괴되기 쉬운 추출 유효 성분의 손실을 가급적이면 억제할 수 있기 때문이다.
(2) 정제 공정
상기 제 1공정에서 추출된 액체 추출물은 거름망이나 여과기를 통해 고형분을 제거한다.
또한, 본 발명에서는 상기 여과된 여액을 그냥 복용할 수 있지만, 건조시켜서 분말로 복용할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물은 복용자의 취향이나 습관에 따라 복용량에는 한정을 두지는 않으나, 통상적으로 1회, 성인 기준으로 추출물 원액 140～150㎖(일반컵의 약 2/3컵)을 아침 및 점심 식사 후 2시간, 취침 전 30～40분에 부 담을 느끼지 않는 범위 내에서 연속 또는 간헐적으로 복용하는 것이 바람직하다.
이하, 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예에 의해 보다 더 상세히 설명하고자 한다. 하지만, 본 발명은 하기 실시예에 의해 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 사상과 범위 내에서 여러 가지 변형 또는 수정할 수 있음은 이 분야에서 당업자에게 명백한 것이다.

실시예
] 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물의 제조
말린 인삼근 5～8 중량%, 말린 천문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 황련근 5～8 중량%, 말린 용담근 5～8 중량%, 말린 치자나무 열매 5～8 중량%, 말린 맥문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 지모근 5～8 중량%, 말린 감초근 5～8 중량%, 말린 황금근 8～11 중량%. 말린 시호근 11～14 중량% 및 말린 석창포근 16～22 중량%을 혼합한 혼합물 100g을 22℃ 전후의 물 3ℓ(3,000㎖)에 1시간 동안 담그고, 이를 가스 레인지에서 가열하여 끓인 다음, 바로 불을 줄인 상태에서 5시간 동안 다렸다.
상기 다린 추출물 1.2ℓ를 거름망에 통과시켜서, 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물(추출 여액)을 제조하였다.

본 실험예에서는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 금연 보조용 조성물의 복용성을 측정하기 위하여, 색, 향, 맛 및 종합적인 기호도를 50인의 관능검사 지원자(남 28명, 여 22명)로 하여금 5점 척도법으로 측정하여 비교/분석하였다(장건형, 식품의 기호성 관능검사, 개문사, 1975).
이의 결과, 하기 표 1에 나타난 바와 같이, 종합적인 기호도에 있어서 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물은 비교예(종래 한방 음료)와 같이 복용이 간편함을 알 수 있었다.

2] 효능 검사
1. 흡연 욕구와 금단현상의 완화 효과
본 실험예에서는 금연 경력이 있었던 흡연자 30명(남자 30명)에게 금연을 하게 한 다음, 하루에 취침 전 30 분과, 아침 식사 2시간 후, 점심 식사 2시간 후에 본 발명에 따른 금연 보조용 조성물을 150㎖씩 1주일간 복용시켰다.
그런 다음, 설문을 통해 금단현상에 대한 복용자의 느낌을 관능 검사로 상기 실험예1과 같이 측정하였다.
설문 항목은 흡연 욕구가 있었는지의 여부와 불안, 긴장 등의 심리적인 스트레스가 있었는지의 여부로 하였다. 이때, 대조구는 실험에 동참한 동일인에 한하여 본 실험 전 금연했었던 경험을 설문에 응답하게 하였다.
이의 결과, 하기 표 2에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물은 는 전에 금연을 했었던 경우보다 흡연 욕구와 불안이나 긴장 등의 금단현상의 완화하는 데 상당한 효과가 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 이때, 표 2는 설문 응답자의 점수를 모두 합한 후, 이의 평균치를 나타낸 것이다. 하기 데이터와 더불어 또한 본 발명의 조성물을 하루 동안 복용하여도 흡연욕구가 현저히 저하되는 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.
5점: 매우 크다, 4점: 크다, 3점: 보통, 2점: 적다, 1점: 매우 적다.
2. 담배 맛 효과
본 실험예에서는 흡연자 30명(남자 30명)에게 금연을 하게 한 다음, 하루에 취침 전 30 분과, 아침 식사 2시간 후, 점심 식사 2시간 후에 본 발명에 따른 금연 보조용 조성물을 150㎖씩 3일간 복용시켰다.
그런 다음, 동일인에 한에서 담배를 다시 피게 한 다음, 평상 시 펴오던 담배 맛과 비교하여 복용 전과 비교하여 설문에 응답하도록 하였다.
이의 결과, 하기 표 3에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물은 담배맛을 현저히 낮추는 것을 입증할 수 있었다.
상술한 결과로부터, 본 발명에 따른 금연 보조용 조성물은 담배맛을 저감하고 금연으로 인한 금단현상과 흡연 욕구를 완화시킴으로써, 금연 보조제로서 충분한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
앞에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 금연 보조용 조성물은 복용에 의한 부작용이나 해가 거의 없고 흡연에 의한 담배 맛을 저하시키면서 금연에 의한 일시적인 금단현상을 제거할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명의 금연 보조용 조성물은 종래 보약재로 사용되는 한약재로 이루어져 있어 건강 증진에도 도움을 제공한다.
하지만, 상술한 개시는 일정 범위의 수정, 변화 및 치환이 가능하며, 어떤 경우에는 본 발명의 특징 중 일부만이 사용될 수도 있다. 따라서, 첨부된 청구항들은 본 발명의 사상과 범위에 부합되게 넓게 해석되어야 한다.
Claims (4)
- 말린 인삼근 5～8 중량%, 말린 천문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 황련근 5～8 중량%, 말린 용담근 5～8 중량%, 말린 치자나무 열매 5～8 중량%, 말린 맥문동 덩이뿌리 5～8 중량%, 말린 지모근 5～8 중량%, 말린 감초근 5～8 중량%, 말린 황금근 8～11 중량%. 말린 시호근 11～14 중량% 및 말린 석창포 16～22 중량%을 혼합한 혼합물을 물 또는 알코올로 추출한 추출물을 함유하는 금연 보조용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 추출물은 혼합물 1g 기준으로 물 또는 알코올 20～40㎖을 혼합하여 추출한 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 금연 보조용 조성물.
