Claims (7)
- 동력원 (1000) 과, 상기 동력원 (1000) 에 연결됨과 함께 복수의 마찰 걸어맞춤 요소 (3610, 3620, 3630, 3640, 3650, 3660) 를 선택적으로 걸어맞춤시킴으로써 기어비가 상이한 복수의 기어단을 성립시키는 자동 변속기 (2000) 를 구비하고, 상기 자동 변속기 (2000) 를 업 시프트시킴에 있어서, 상기 업 시프트의 토크상(相) 중에 상기 동력원 (1000) 의 토크 업 제어를 행하는 차량의 제어 장치로서,상기 자동 변속기 (2000) 를 업 시프트시킴에 있어서 걸어맞춤시키는 마찰 걸어맞춤 요소 (3610, 3620, 3630, 3640, 3650, 3660) 의 걸어맞춤 압력을, 상기 토크상 중에는 소정의 압력으로 상승시킴과 함께, 이너셔상 (相) 이 개시되면 상기 소정의 압력으로부터 소정의 구배 (勾配) 로 상승시키도록 제어하기 위한 수단;상기 토크상 중의 토크 업 제어를 규제하는지의 여부를 판단하는 수단; 및상기의 토크 업 제어를 규제한다고 판단되지 않은 경우에는, 규제한다고 판단된 경우에 비하여, 상기 소정의 압력을 큰 값으로 설정함과 함께 상기 소정의 구배를 작은 값으로 설정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소정의 조건이 만족된 경우, 상기 토크 업 제어를 규제하지 않는다고 판단하는, 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 소정 조건은, 오토매틱 트랜스미션의 제어 특성이 안정적이라는 조건, 동력원의 점화 시기의 지각 (遲角) 이 허가되어 있다는 조건, 토크 업 제어의 실행 정밀도가 안정적이라는 조건, 토크 업 제어에 필요한 센서 및 액츄에이터가 고장나 있지 않다는 조건, 다른 토크 제어와의 간섭이 없다는 조건 중 적어도 하나의 조건인, 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토크 업 제어가 규제된다고 판단된 경우, 상기 토크 업 제어는 금지되는, 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토크 업 제어가 규제된다고 판단된 경우, 상기 토크 업의 양은 상한치에 의해 제한되는, 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토크 업 제어의 규제의 유무에 의해, 상기 소정의 압력과 상기 소정의 구배의 각각은, 미리 정해진 (i) 상기 토크 업 제어가 규제되지 않은 경우에 선택되는 압력 및 구배가 나타난 맵과, (ii) 상기 토크 업 제어가 규제된 경우에 선택 되는 압력 및 구배가 나타난 맵에서 선택되는, 차량의 제어 장치.
- 동력원 (1000) 과, 상기 동력원 (1000) 에 연결됨과 함께 복수의 마찰 걸어맞춤 요소 (3610, 3620, 3630, 3640, 3650, 3660) 를 선택적으로 걸어맞춤시킴으로써 기어비가 상이한 복수의 기어단을 성립시키는 자동 변속기 (2000) 를 구비하고, 상기 자동 변속기 (2000) 를 업 시프트시킴에 있어서, 상기 업 시프트의 토크상 중에 상기 동력원 (1000) 의 토크 업 제어를 행하는 차량의 제어 방법으로서,상기 자동 변속기 (2000) 를 업 시프트시킴에 있어서 걸어맞춤시키는 마찰 걸어맞춤 요소 (3610, 3620, 3630, 3640, 3650, 3660) 의 걸어맞춤 압력을, 상기 토크상 중에는 소정의 압력으로 상승시킴 (S140) 과 함께, 이너셔상이 개시되면 상기 소정의 압력으로부터 소정의 구배로 상승시키는 단계 (S150);상기 토크상 중의 토크 업 제어를 규제하는지의 여부를 판단하는 단계 (S100); 및상기의 토크 업 제어를 규제한다고 판단되지 않은 경우에는, 규제한다고 판단된 경우에 비하여, 상기 소정의 압력을 큰 값으로 설정함과 함께 상기 소정의 구배를 작은 값으로 설정하는 단계 (S110) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 방법.
