Claims (12)
- 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시실레인으로 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매.화학식 1HnSi(OR)4-n상기 식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기이고, n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알콕시실레인은 Si를 기준으로 전체 원소량의 5% 이하만큼의 함량으로 담지된 것임을 특징으로 하는 이산화티타늄 광촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알콕시실레인은 Si를 기준으로 전체 원소량의 1% 이하만큼의 함량으로 담지된 것임을 특징으로 하는 이산화티타늄 광촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시실레인은 트리메톡시실레인, 트리에톡시실레인, 및 트리이소프로폭시실레인 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하 는 이산화티타늄 광촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이산화티타늄은 아나타제형과 루타일형이 혼재된 것임을 특징으로 하는 이산화티타늄 광촉매.
- 광촉매인 모 이산화티타늄 분말로부터 현탁액을 제조하는 공정;현탁액에 알콕시실레인을 적하하고 50~80℃의 온도로 6~10시간 동안 환류시켜 알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매를 포함한 현탁액을 제조하는 공정; 및알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매를 포함한 현탁액에서 용매와 수분을 제거하고, 잔존하는 반응 부생성물 및 미반응 유기물을 제거하여 알콕시실레인으로 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매를 수득하는 공정을 포함하는 알콕시실레인으로 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 합성방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 광촉매인 모 이산화티타늄 분말은 다음의 (a) 내지 (e) 공정을 포함하는 방법으로 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실레인으로 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 합성방법;(a) 출발물질인 티타늄(Ⅳ) 클로라이드와 증류수를 혼합하여 티타늄 전구체 용액을 제조하는 공정,(b) 티타늄 전구체 용액을 교반하면서 90~95℃의 온도로 가열하면서 1 내지 3시간동안 환류시켜 티타늄 하이드록사이드를 합성하는 공정,(c) 별도로, 염기성 화합물과 2차 증류수를 혼합 및 교반하여 염기성 수용액을 제조하는 공정,(d) 상기 염기성 수용액에 상기 티타늄 하이드록사이드를 적하하여 pH 6 내지 7로 유지하면서 90~95℃의 온도로 가열하면서 1 내지 3시간 동안 환류시켜 이산화티타늄 침전물을 획득하는 공정; 및(e) 이산화티타늄 침전물에서 용매와 수분을 제거하고, 잔존하는 반응 부생성물 및 미반응 유기물을 제거한 후, 400℃ 이하의 온도를 유지하면서 3 내지 6시간 동안 소성하여 이산화티타늄 광촉매를 합성하는 공정.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, (a) 공정에서 티타늄(Ⅳ) 클로라이드:증류수의 몰비가 23~500 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 합성방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, (a) 공정은 아르곤(Ar) 또는 질소(N2) 분위기 하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 합성방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 염기성 수용액은 pH 11~13인 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 합성방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매를 포함한 현탁액을 제조하는 공정에서 알콕시실레인과 이산화티타늄을 1:4 내지 1:50무게비로 교반혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 합성방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매를 포함한 현탁액을 제조하는 공정은 아르곤(Ar) 또는 질소(N2) 분위기 하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실레인이 담지된 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 합성방법.
