Claims (4)
- 두장의 평판을 가공한 후 하나로 접착하되, 수소와 공기(산소)의 흐름을 각각 분리시켜 제공하도록 상기 평판의 양면에는 가스유로가 각각 형성되고, 중간에는 냉각수 유로가 형성된 연료전지용 분리판에 있어서,수소유로(14a), 산소유로(14b) 및 냉각수 유로(14c)에 수소, 산소 및 냉각수를 공급하기 위해 상기 유로 끝단부가 연결통로(13a,13b,13c)를 통해 매니폴드(15)와 연결되되, 상기 연결통로가 상기 두개의 평판(18,19) 모두에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 분리판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,전면부에 수소유로(14a)가 형성된 제1번판(18)과, 전면부에 산소유로(14b)가 형성된 제2번판(19)과, 상기 제1번판(18) 및 제2번판(19)의 후면부가 접합되어 제1번판(18)과 제2번판(19) 사이에 형성된 냉각수 유로(14c)와, 상기 제1번판(18) 및 제2번판(19)의 두께방향으로 관통형성된 매니폴드(15)를 포함하여 구성되되,상기 수소는 입구 매니폴드(15a)에서 제1번판(18)의 후면부의 끝이 수소유로(14a)와 연결가능하도록 분리판(10)의 두께방향으로 경사지게 형성된 연결통로(13a')와, 상기 제2번판(19)의 후면부에 수소매니폴드(15a)와 연결되고 그 끝이 막혀있는 연결통로(13a")가 합쳐진 단면적을 갖는 제1수소연결통로(13a)를 통해 상 기 수소유로(14a)로 전달되고, 수소유로(14a)를 통과한 잔류수소 및 가습수분은 상기 제1수소연결통로(13a)와 같은 구성의 제2수소연결통로를 통해 출구 매니폴드로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 분리판.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 산소는 입구매니폴드(15b)에서 제2번판(19)의 후면부의 끝이 산소유로(14b)와 연결가능하도록 분리판(10)의 두께방향으로 경사지게 형성된 연결통로(13b')와, 상기 제1번판(18)의 후면부에 산소매니폴드(15b)와 연결되고 그 끝이 막혀있는 연결통로(13b")가 합쳐진 단면적을 갖는 제1산소연결통로(13b)를 통해 상기 산소유로(14b)로 전달되고, 상기 산소유로(14b)를 통과한 잔류수소 및 가습수분은 상기 제1산소연결통로(14b)와 같은 구성의 제2산소연결통로를 통해 출구 매니폴드로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 분리판.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 냉각수는 제1번판(18)과 제2번판(19)의 후면부 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 다에 형성된 냉각수 매니폴드(15c)와 연결통로(13c) 및 유로(14c)를 통하여 접착재 그루브(21)에 장착된 접착재에 의해 냉각수와 반응기체들이 서로 혼합되지 않도록 기밀성을 유지하면서 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 분리판.
