Claims (4)
- 회전주형(1)을 예열하는 단계;상기 회전주형(1)을 회전시키면서 그 내측 둘레면에 도형제를 분무하여 도형제코팅층(10)을 형성하는 단계;상기 도형제코팅층(10)의 내측 둘레면에 희토류금속분말을 분무하여 제1희토류금속도포층(20)을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제1희토류금속도포층(20)의 내측 둘레면에 용탕을 주입하여 주물관(2)을 주조하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 원심주조법을 이용한 허스롤 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주물관(2)의 내측 둘레면에 희토류금속분말을 분무하여 제2희토류금속도포층(30)을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 원심주조법을 이용한 허스롤 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 도형제는 입자크기가 40~80㎛인 SiO2계 분말임을 특징으로 하는 원심주조법을 이용한 허스롤 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 희토류금속분말은 입자크기가 0.1~100㎛인 원자번호 51 ~ 71 및 이트륨중 어느 하나 또는 2 이상이 혼합된 혼합분말임을 특징으로 하는 원심주조법을 이용한 허스롤 제조 방법.
